Objective:Observe the acupuncture hand-foot-Shaoyang Meridian treatment of migraine compared with control group, the treatment of migraine were evaluated immediate analgesic effect and long-term efficacy differences with a view to clinical to provide a safe and effective control methods.Methods:Clinical study of60patients from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture four clinics. Completely randomized controlled study will be collected from60patients with migraine is divided into treatment and control groups: treatment group30cases and control group of30cases. Treatment group, select the hand, Foot Shaoyang Meridian acupuncture, treatment of40minutes each time, once a day,7days for a course, a total of three courses. Control group use sibelium5mg once a time, once a day,7days for a course, a total of three courses.Observed number of migraine attacks were compared before and after treatment, extent, duration, associated symptoms and VAS meter grading index changes to determine the effects were observed.Result:Two groups of patients within6hours after treatment effects, P <0.05, treatment group short-term analgesic efficacy than the control group; two groups of patients a month,3months follow-up efficacy of the degree of pain (P<0.05), treatmentgroup long-term efficacy than the control group.Conclusion:1. The acupuncture treatment of migraine with hand, foot Shaoyang Meridian has significant immediate analgesic effect.2. The acupuncture treatment of migraine with hand, foot Shaoyang Meridian has efficacy long-term effect than the control group.
