Objective:Intrauterine adhesions (Intrauterine adhesions, IUA) also known as Asherman syndrome, do serious harm to women of childbearing age, Any of the uterine operation or infection, may cause intrauterine adhesions. At present, we use the respected hysteroscopic adhesion separation and artificial cycle to promote endometrial growth, but still lack of fundamental non-invasive treatment. So the disease needs further study. In fact of the restriction of ethics, it is necessary to establish a model for better diagnosis and treatment. Methods:This experiment is aimed at using electric damage to endometrium in mice. We use different time and different electric frequency to injury in mouse endometrium, with the contralateral uterine as their own controls, then observe the endometrial morphology by microscope atdifferent time after injury and assess fertility of the endometrial damage effect on the mice. Results:Heating can damage the endometrial glands and stroma, leading to endometrial thinning, the formation of uterine cavity stenosis or uterine cavity closed, further infertility。 An IUA animal model would contribute to research on the pathogenesis and pathologic changes of IUA and the exploration of new treatments.in our experiment, average number of side of fetal rats are decreased by63.1%(3.0±1.8, contralateral8.0±1.7, P<.001)Conclution:These phenomena can better Simulate the human uterine cavity adhesion.
