Retrospective Analysis Of The Curative Effect Of Operation Under Arthroscopy To Treat Discoid Meniscus Injury

Object: By comparing the curative effect of forming suture operation under arthroscopy and total resection operation under arthroscopic,discussed the curative effect of operation under arthroscopy to treat discoid meniscus injury.Method: Selected in total of 50 cases of patients with discoid meniscus and injury staying at hospital from October, 2014 to June, 2015, then divided the patients into two groups according the operation. I Group(Test Group) were patients that conducted forming suture operation under arthroscopy, II Group(Control Group) were patients that conducted total resection operation under arthroscopic, then conducted post-operation follow-up for 10 months, and applied Lysholm, VAS, IKDC scoring to evaluate the knee joint function on the patients in two groups before and after operation.Result: there were no statistical difference in the gender and sick limbs(left and right) of patients in two groups(p>0.05). As for the group internal comparison of patients in two groups, the scores of Lysholm, VAS, IKDC of patients in two groups after operation were higher than that before operation, and the statistics showed that there were statistical differences(p<0.05). As for the comparison of the two groups, there were no statistical difference in the scores of Lysholm, VAS, IKDC of patients in two groups before and after operation(p>0.05).Conclusion: Total resection operation under arthroscopic had the advantages of quick curative effect, less complications and quick recovery, it was found in this retrospective analysis that forming suture operation under arthroscopy had similar effect with it in short term, which could also quickly eliminate the symptoms of patients and help patients recover. Forming suture operation under arthroscopy on discoid meniscus injury had many advantages, firstly, that operation could maximally keep the integrity of the meniscus andpreserve the functions of meniscus. Secondly, this operation had the advantages of clear diagnosis, small trauma, making exercise in early phase, faster recovery, less complications, etc.So this operation is a great treatment.By making the operation successful, it should also focus the importance of post-operation rehabilitation, so as to help the sick limb to restore function.
