Objective: Analyze the therapeutic effect of sodium hyaluronate injection on Stoller? meniscus injury patient after the arthroscopic operationMethods: Collect the information about Stoller?meniscus injury patients aged 18 to 40 who meet the diagnostic criteria from rui kang affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university Knee joint function of the patients of arthroscopic operation alone and patients of arthroscopic operation combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate is evaluated with statistical analysis after and before treatment based on the HSS score of Hospital for Special Surgery[1],arthrosis swell degree, quadriceps femoris atrophy state and range of motion(ROM)of the knee joint to observe the therapeutic effect of sodium hyaluronate on alleviating the pain of Stoller?meniscus injury after arthroscopic operation and improving the function of knee joint.Collect 60 Stoller? meniscus injury patients who were included in diagnostic criteria from March 2012 to September 2015.The patients from the orthopedics department of rui kang affiliated were divided into two groups randomly as visiting order and each group had 30 patients: group of knee arthroscopy treatment alone(Group A)and group of adopting arthroscopic operation combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate(Group B).Observe the score of knee joint function and clinical effect of two groups after the treatment of 3 weeks,6 weeks and 3 months.Treatment method: group A adopted arthroscopy suture and repair operation alone;while group B was injected 2ml sodium hyaluronate(Trade name: Sofast;Shandong Bausch Lomb Freda Parmaceutical Co.Ltd.;Batch No.: H10960136;Standard: 2ml:20mg)through ligamentum patellae medial approach or lateral approach within 1,2,3 and 4 weeks following the arthroscopy suture and repair operation.Extend and flex the knee joint to make the sodium hyaluronate distribute uniformly within the articular cavity.Band up with pressured elastic bandage of the knee joint and inject once a week with 5times totally. The patients who have joint effusion should be taken the effusion first and then injected.Collect data and perform statistical analysis with SPSS18.0 software. Finally,we made the further analysis and drew a conclusion. Results: The results for 60 patients(knee cases)with treatment for 2 weeks are as follows:(1)No significant difference on gender and state of illness was found between the two groups before the experiment(P>0.05).No obvious difference on age, pain score, motion of the knee joint and meniscus injury position before treatment was found between group A and B through the t test(P>0.05).(2)There was no statistical difference on HSS score, joint swell degree, quadriceps femoris atrophy state and ROM score before the operation between group A and B(P>0.05).(3)Compared with group A and through the test, there was statistical difference on the HSS score, joint swell degree, quadriceps femoris atrophy state and ROM score of group B after the operation for 3 weeks,6 weeks, and 3 months(P<0.05).Conclusion(s):(1)It can be found through observing the clinical effects before and after the treatment in this topic: arthroscopic operation combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate can largely improve the local swelling, edema, pain, joint motion and function of the knee joint of the meniscus injury patients after operation;(2)It can be found through comparing the two treatment groups: group B is better than group A on improving the motion of knee joint and alleviating the swelling of affected limb.
