Clinical Study On The Effect Of The Treatment Of Tonifying Kidney Promoting Blood Circulation And Reducing Turbidity On The Level Of PTH In The Treatment Of Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective: To observe using tonifying kidney, promoting blood circulation and reducing turbidity method in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy(DN) on serum levels of PTH effects, then explore the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of the advantages and feasibility of the disease, and it's preventive effect on the renal osteopathy disease which caused by diabetic nephropathy.Methods: In this study, we had chose 60 cases of DN(IV) patients. The random number table method will be used to put the 60 patients into two groups. Both group was 30 cases. One of the two groups was the treatment group( calcitriol+ tonifying kidney promoting blood circulation, reducing turbidity Decoction) and the other was the control group(calcitriol+ Uric poisonous clear particles). Two groups of patients were treated with general treatment(control blood pressure and blood glucose, etc.). The control group was given calcitriol and Uric poisonous clear particles. The treatment group took calcitriol and Chinese medicine which tonifying kidney promoting blood circulation and reducing turbidity. The treatment time is 8 weeks. Statistical analysis this date( various detection indexes and the change of clinical symptoms) before and after the treatment. Results using SPSS17.0 for statistical analysis.(P<0.05), show that the difference between the two groups, was statistical significance. Results: By clinical observation and statistical analysis, after treatment with traditional Chinese medicine treatment group in improving the clinical symptoms, reduced PTH, lower serum creatinine and BUN, improve renal function, improve the hemoglobin content improve anemia and reduce urine protein was significantly better than the control group and P<0.05, with statistical significant. Before and after treatment, the three inspection routine, liver function and the EKG does not conform the condition change. The tonifying kidney promoting blood circulation, reducing turbidity Decoction has the obvious curative effect in treating diabetic nephropathy and preventing renal osteodystrophy.Conclusion: The results showed that tonifying kidney promoting blood circulation, reducing turbidity Decoction in reducing serum PTH levels to correct disorders of calcium and phosphorus metabolism, prevent the occurrence of renal osteodystrophy, decreased urine toxins to improve renal function, improve renal anemia, reduce urinary protein and slow down the disease progression was significantly better than the control group, and the safety of good.
