Clinical Research On Diabetic Nephropathy Treated With Reinforcing Spleen, Tonifying Kidney And Circulating Blood Circulation And Effect On Inflammatory Cytokiness

Objective：To investigate the effect of urinary albumin, serum cystatin C,24hoursurine protein, renal function and on Inflammatory Cytokiness of urinary monocytechemotactic factor-1(MCP-1), serum high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP), tumornecrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) in patients with diabetic nephropathy treated withReinforcing Spleen, Tonifying Kidney and Circulating Blood Circulation. To furtherillustrate the method can improve symptoms in diabetic nephropathy with spleen andkidney deficiency, blood stasis syndrome, and relevant indicators reduce renal damage,improve kidney function, reduce inflammatory factor level, improve the inflammatory state,and provide a new theoretical basis for treatment of the disease.Methods：The97diabetic nephropathy patients with spleen and kidney deficiency,blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into Chinese medicine treatment group of30cases, Western medicine treatment group of32cases, combined treatment group of35cases. Western medicine treatment patients were given Valsartan Capsules (Dai Wen) atthe same basic treatment orally,80mg each time, once a day. Chinese medicine treatmentpatients were treated at the same time, with Chinese medicine Jianpi Yishen TongluoDecoction treatment,200ml each time,2times a day. The patients of Combined treatmentgroup, on the basis of basic treatment, were given Valsartan Capsules (Dai Wen) orally,80mg each time, once a day. At the same time, combined with traditional Chinesemedicine Jianpi Yishen Tongluo Decoction treatment,200ml each time,2times a day.Patients in the three groups were8weeks for a course of treatment. Detection of threegroups before and after treatment of blood glucose, blood lipid, serum fibrinogen changes and renal damage index: the changes of urinary albumin, serum cystatin C,24hours urineprotein, renal function, and to observe the effects on inflammatory factors of urinaryMCP-1, serum hs-CRP, TNF-α.Results：The total effective rate of Western medicine treatment group is62.5%, Thetotal effective rate of Chinese medicine treatment group is66.67%, The total effective rateof the combined group is91.43%.The indexes about symptoms, blood glucose, blood lipidlevel, serum fibrinogen, albumin, serum cystatin C,24hours urine protein, renal functionand inflammatory factor of urinary MCP-1, serum hs-CRP, TNF-α were significantlyimproved after treatment in patients of Chinese medicine treatment group,the differencewas statistically significant (P<0.05). And the effect of combined treatment with ValsartanCapsules was more prominent.Conclusion：1.Reinforcing Spleen,Tonifying Kidney and Circulating Blood Circulation canimprove the symptoms and signs of the diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of spleen andkidney, blood stasis syndrome in patients.2.Reinforcing Spleen,Tonifying Kidney and Circulating Blood Circulation cansignificantly reduce the urinary protein and renal damage indexes and improve thedisorders of glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism, reduce serum fibrinogen, improvemicrocirculation.3.Reinforcing Spleen,Tonifying Kidney and Circulating Blood Circulation cansignificantly decrease the level of inflammatory factors in patients with diabeticnephropathy, and improve the inflammation state.
