| Objective: This essay is about to study Huoxuefancongtang in the treatment of presbycusis in clinical way. It uses Qijudihuang pill as control group and clarifies its clinical effects so as to provide a more comprehensive basis and guiding principle for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of presbycusis, and to make a useful exploration of the clinical curative effect of presbycusis patients.Methods: 60 patients with presbycusis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated by Huoxuefancongtang, while the control group was treated by Qijudihuangwan and both of them were treated in oral way for two weeks. After the whole treatment, the patients' symptoms and signs changes were observed before and after treatment. And the effect of the two groups was compared by the statistical methods and in order to make clear the clinical curative effect of Huoxuefancongtang.Results: Through the clinical observation of 60 cases presbycusis treatment group, the treatment group's cure rate is 0%, Explicit effective rate is 30%, Effective rate is 46.6% and the total efficiency of 76.6% while the control group- the cure rate is 0%, Explicit effective rate is 6.6%,effective rate is 40%, the total efficiency is 46.6%. By statistical analysis, the two groups are highly significant statistics difference(p=0.017<0.5).The clinical efficacy of the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion: Huoxuefancongtang pays attention to the uses of activating blood circulation and resuscitation drugs in the basis of nourishing kidney. The clinical curative effect in treating presbycusis is better than the commonly used medine-qijudihuang pill in clinical treatment. Qijudihuang pills can more effectively relieve or cure the common symptoms of presbycusis. At the same time this reflects the kidney blood circulation and ear resuscitation methods are the very effective ways in treating of presbycusis, which is worthy of further exploration. |
