| Objective To observe the treatment effect of using Jiawei Qijudihuang soup with entecavir to cure hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis.Methods 30 HBV-GN patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the comparison group. The patients were observed for 24-hour UPR. CHO, ALT, ALB, HBV-DNA.SCr and symptoms.Results The symptoms of treatment group are significantly better than the comparison group (P<005.). The 24-hour UPR, CHO. ALT. HBV-DNA.SCr both in the treatment group and the comparison group get decreased after twelve weeks treatment (P<0.05). The ALB both in the treatment group and the comparison group gets inecreased after twelve weeks treatment (P<0.05).The 24-hour UPR, CHO, ALT, HBV-DNA,SCr in the treatment group are better than those in the comparison group after treatment(P<0.05). The ALB in the treatment group is better than that in the comparison group after treatment (P<0.05). The patients in the treatment group whose HBV-DNA below the detection and ALT are not better than those in the comparison group(P> 0.05).Conclusion 24-hour UPR, CHO.ALT.SCr can be significantly decreased and ALB can be increased with Jiawei Qijudihuang soup combined with entecavir to threat HBV-GN. |
