| Purpose：The experiment from the point of view of tonifying kidney and promotingthe circulation of qi through using the medicinal of tonifying kidney to treatingdeafness to observe the improvement of presbycusis clinical therapeutic effect.Material and method：Choose90cases patients of presbycusis who are fitfor the experiment. Randomly divide them into three groups, the treatment group30cases，the control group130cases，the control group230cases.The treatmentgroup takes Ginkgo Biloba extract Injection and Oxiracetam Injection byintravenous drip, and fit the medicinal of tonifying kidney to treating deafnessorally. The control group1takes Ginkgo Biloba extract Injection and OxiracetamInjection by intravenous drip. The control group2only takes to the medicinalof tonifying kidney to treating deafness orally. All three groups with2weeksfor one period of treatment, before and after the treatment give the patientsto electrical audiometry testing, tinnitus degree grading, SAS and SDS testing.Results：The curative effect of the treatment group was better than controlgroup1, is obviously superior to the control group2. The results havestatistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion：The medicinal of tonifying kidney to treating deafness combineddrug by intravenous drip to the treatment of presbycusis have apparent curativeeffect, and combined treatment effect is better than the pure medicine. |
