Clinical Observation Of Xiaoluo Pills(?) In Treating Phlegm-heat Syndrome Benign Thyroid Nodules

Purpose:From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,explore the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis,syndrome differentiation,treatment and the latest research progress of benign thyroid nodules.Through clinical trials,we observed the clinical efficacy of our prescription Xiaoluo Pills(?)in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules and heat syndrome,and explored the mechanism of its treatment of this disease,providing a basis for the clinical application and promotion of Xiaoluo Pills(?).Method:According to the randomized controlled study method,60 patients with thyroid nodules who met the syndrome of heat syndrome in the outpatient department and inpatient department from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.On the basis of basic treatment,30 patients in the treatment group were treated with Xiaoluo pills(?),and 30 patients in the control group were treated with levothyroxine tablets(Youjiale).4 weeks for a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of observation.By comparing the treatment group with the control group,the changes of the TCM syndrome scores of the patients with heat syndrome before and after treatment,the change of the maximum diameter of the thyroid nodules,the change of the number of thyroid nodules,and the changes of syndrome signs were observed.Changes in thyroid function and liver and kidney function safety indicators are damaged.Results:Statistical analysis showed no significant differences in baseline comparisons of general data such as duration,age,and gender before treatment.There was no significant difference in the maximum diameter of the nodules,the number of nodules,and the baseline comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups,indicating that the data were comparable(P>0.05).(1)Clinical efficacy analysis of the disease:The total effective rate of the clinical efficacy after treatment of Xiaoluo pills(?)group was 90%,and the total effective rate after treatment with the Youjiale group was 43.3%.The study showed that after treatment with Xiaoluo pills(?)group The clinical efficacy of the disease was significantly better than that of the excellent Jiale control group(P<0.01);(2)Efficacy analysis of TCM syndromes:The total effective rate of TCM syndromes after treatment in Xiaoluo pills(?)group was 93.3%,and the total effective rate after treatment in Youjiale group was 43.3%,indicating that after treatment with Xiaoluo pills(?)group The improvement rate of TCM syndrome efficacy was significantly better than that of Youjiale group(P<0.01);(3)Comparison of TCM Syndrome Points:The TCM syndrome scores of the Xiaoluo pills(?)group and the Youjiale group were lower than before,but the comparison between the Xiaoyu Pills(?)group and the Youjiale group was found to be eliminated.The scores of TCM syndromes in the pill(?)group decreased more significantly,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.01).(4)Maximal nodule diameter of thyroid:After treatment,the reduction of the maximum diameter of thyroid nodules in Xiaoluo pills(?)group was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,the maximum diameter of thyroid nodules in the Yijiale treatment group was not statistically significant,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);(5)Thyroid function:Number of thyroid nodules:The number of thyroid nodules in the treated and control groups after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment;However,the number of thyroid nodules decreased after treatment in the Xiaoluo pills(?)group(P<0.01),which was more significant than that in the Youjiale group(P<0.05);(6)The relationship between the diameter of the nodule and the curative effect:The total effective rate of nodules ?1cm in the treatment group of Xiaoluo Pills(?)was 81.25%,and the total effective rate of nodules ?1cm in the Yijiale group was 43.75%,which was statistically significant(P<0.01).The total effective rate of Xiaoluo Pills(?)was>100%for>1cm,and the total effective rate for Yijiale>lcm was 37.50%,with statistical difference(P<0.01).The difference between the ?1cm and>lcm of Xiaoluo Pills(?)was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that Xiaoluo Pills(?)had better effects on nodules>1cm.(7)Safety indicators:The thyroid function tests before and after treatment in the Xiaoluo pills(?)group and the Youjiale group were within the normal range.There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05);(8)Safety indicator:The liver and kidney function of Xiaoluo pills(?)group and Youjiale group were in the normal range before and after treatment.There was no significant difference between the groups and the comparison between groups(P>0.05),indicating that the elimination of Xiaoluo pills(?)and Youjiale have no safety hazards in the treatment of thyroid nodules.No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment;Conclusion:Clinical studies have shown that Xiaoluo pills(?)can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with thyroid knots,reduce syndrome scores,reduce the maximum diameter of thyroid nodules,reduce the number of thyroid nodules,and even eliminate thyroid nodules.It has no effect on liver and kidney function,indicating that the drug is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
