| Objective:The process of analyzing traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and observing it type distribution law in elderly patients with primary hypertension and depression clinical syndrome elements.It provide theoretical basis and help for those patients to some extent.Method:Select 300 cases of primary hypertension patients who aged over 60 years old. Then collect it and do questionnaire survey on their cases.Survey content includes gender, age, smoking, drinking, TCM syndrome elements, TCM syndrome type and so on, and the patients take blood pressure measurement.High blood pressure can be divided into six type,those are Yin deficiency and Yang excess type, qi-blood deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis,kidney-essence deficiency,hyper-pyrexia of liver syndrome,qi-stagnation and blood stasis.Then adopt the self-test depression scale(SDS) in patients with depression.More than 50 points depression for the experimental group, less than 50 cents for a control.Further to extract the TCM syndrome factor and syndrome differentiation in TCM.Finally using SPSS11.0 statistical software analysis,comparing the card type the incidence of depression and summarizing the senile hypertension merge depression evidence type distribution.Result:1.For the course of the disease,(1) the experimental group is 2 or 3 years longer than the control group;the course of the disease and hypertension incidence of female than for male. 2.(1)All patients, 15 kinds of TCM syndrome elements are extracted and a total of 735 times.There are five times more, in accordance with the order from high to low are qi-stagnation 183 times >essence deficiency 141 times >phlegm 117 times>blood stasis 105 times >Yin deficiency 63 times;(2)For 97 cases of patients with depression in patients, TCM syndrome elements, a total of 303 times, a lot of 5 kinds of elements.According to the order from high to low respectively qi-stagnation 61 times > essence deficiency 57 times >blood stasis 48 times> phlegm turbidity 42 times > Yin deficiency 22 times;(3)In 203 cases,the patients does not suffer from depression patients,qi-depression 122 times > essence deficiency 84 times >phlegm turbidity 75 times >blood stasis 57 times > Yin deficiency 41 times. 3.(1)All patients, step-down standards for 206 cases, accounting for 68.66%;buck falls below the number of 94 cases, accounting for 31.33%;(2)In 203 elderly cases with depressive state of patients with high blood pressure, step-down standards for 143 cases,accounting for 70.44%;(3)standard in the experimental group 63 cases, accounting for 64.94%. 4.In the experimental group, the proportion of light, medium and severe depression points for 29, 51, 17 cases, syndrome elements number 71, 152, 50 times. 5.TCM syndrome types in all patients after statistics.Patients with depression of kidney essence deficiency type, 34 cases(35.05%), and qi stagnation and blood stasis type, number of 28 cases, accounting for 28.86%;In patients without depression, appear more for 68 cases of qi stagnancy and blood stasis, kidney essence deficiency type 53, accounted for 31.52%, 26.10% respectively.Conclusion:1.Gender has the certain influence on the incidence of primary hypertension, and depression has the certain influence on the incidence of complications. 2.Qi depression and essence deficiency are the two main syndrome elements for elderly patients with essential hypertension. 3.Depression for the anti-hypertensive effect has a certain influence. 4.Among the elderly patients with essential hypertension are the most important syndrome elements. 5.Comparing two groups the incidence of depression,we can find drinking appropriate is a role for depression in mitigation. 6.Among the patients with depression to kidney essence deficiency type is the most common;in patients with depression to qi and blood stasis and kidney essence deficiency is the most common;so, in the treatment of elderly patients with high blood pressure, blood circulation by removing blood stasis and kidney fill in application method. |
