| Objective:Explore Preliminary the distribution of elderly patients with hypertension with morning blood pressure surge in term of TCM syndromes.Methods:Collected163cases of hypertensive patients between60to80with morning blood pressure surge,in the form of a questionnaire to collect the patient’s age, sex, medical history, duration and other information,and quantify respectively the blood pressure and syndromes with laboratory test and TCM syndromes. With analysis of relevant information of the163patients,explore intrinsically linked between he morning blood pressure surge and blood lipid,blood rheology,homocysteine with TCM syndromes.Results:1.Compared with MBPS of male and female,66cases of male average MBPS is37.98±2.78mmHg,97cases of male average MBPS is38.59±3.42mmHg, P>0.05, no statistical significance.2.Compared with MBPS of elderly and very elderly patients by analysis of variance, with the growth of the age, MBPS has a tendency to reduce(P<0.01).3.Compared with MBPS between patients of different blood pressure classification by analysis of variance,, the higher blood pressure,the higher MBPS(P<0.01).4.Compared with MBPS between patients of different course of disease by analysis of variance,the longer,the lower MBPS(P<0.01).5.Blood viscosity index of hypertensive patients with MBPS more than the normal range, and indicator of phlegm-dampness more than other syndromes.6.In the163cases of elderly hypertensive patients with MBPS,there are53hyperactivity syndromes,45phlegm-dampness,22anger hyperactivity and43deficiency of yin and yang.Conclusion:Hyperactivity and phlegm dampness is intrinsic pathogenesis of elderly hypertensive patients with MBPS,there is a close relationship between the appearance of morning blood pressure surge.Although least distribution of hyperactivity anger in the crowd,but it can lead to higher MBPS and greater threat for patients with complications,such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular. |
