The Related Factors Study And TCM Syndrome Distribution Of Zhuang And Han Nationality Patients With Hypertension

Objective:To explore the related factors and TCM Syndrome Distribution of Zhuang,Han nationality patients with hypertension,to provide a scientific basis for patients with hypertension objective syndrome differentiation and standardization of prevention for Zhuang and Han nationality.Methods:Design registration forms to collected Zhuang,Han nationality has been diagnosed with essential hypertension 644 cases,including 343 case of Zhuang nationality and 301 case Han nationality.To systematic review the four diagnostic information of TCM,biochemical index,risk factors,typing the TCM syndrome differentiation,and establish a database and using SPSS 19.0 statistical software.to analysis Zhuang and Han nationality hypertension TCM syndrome type distribution,Zhuang and Han nationality with different gender and age hypertension TCM syndrome type distribution,to comparative Zhuang and Han patients with essential hypertension in general and blood biochemical indexes,to comparison blood biochemical indexes of Zhuang and Han nationality patients with hypertension in different TCM syndrome,Zhuang and Han nationality hypertension syndromes of TCM in patients with integral and TCM Syndrome Types and syndrome integral distribution.Results:(1)Zhuang nationality hypertension TCM syndrome type distribution are: phlegm dampness(41.12%),hyperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiency(32.65%),Yin and yang deficiency(18.07%),liver fire hyperactivity(8.16%),Han nationality hypertension TCM syndrome type distribution are: phlegm dampness(52.49%),hyperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiency(21.97%),Yin and yang deficiency(16.24%),liver fire hyperactivity(9.30%),Two national hypertension syndromes have no statistical significance in liver fire hyperactivity and Yin and yang deficiency(P>0.05),Zhuang and Han patients with hypertension in phlegm dampness and hyperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiencytype distribution difference is statistically significant(P<0.01);(2)Zhuang nationality male and female,Han nationality male and female,Zhuang and Han nationality men of TCM syndrome distribution are not statistically significant(P>0.05),Zhuang and Han nationality female of TCM syndrome distribution is statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)TCM syndrome type of hypertension in Zhuang and Han nationality in different age distribution are statistically significant(P<0.05);(4)The onset in age,drinking history,family history of cardiovascular disease and fasting glucose of Zhuang and Han nationality patients with hypertension showed no significant difference(P>0.05),Zhuang and Han patients with hypertension UA,Cr,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C were statistically significant(P<0.05);(5)Comparison of blood biochemical indexes of different TCM syndrome types of hypertension patients in Zhuang nationality,Compared with the type of hyperactivity of liver fire,phlegm dampness and type of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity blood UA has the difference(P<0.01,P<0.05);Compared with the phlegm dampness type,yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity and type deficiency of Yin Yang blood UA has the difference(P<0.01,P<0.05);Compared with the hyperactivity of yin and Yang,type deficiency of Yin Yang blood UA has the difference(P<0.05).Compared with the type of hyperactivity of liver fire,phlegm dampness blood Cr has the difference(P<0.05);Compared with the phlegm dampness type,yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity and type deficiency of Yin Yang blood Cr has the difference(P<0.01,P<0.05);Compared with the type of hyperactivity of liver fire,yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity both of TC?LDL-C?HDL-C has the difference(P<0.05).Compared with the phlegm dampness type,yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity and type deficiency of Yin Yang FBS has the difference(P<0.05).Comparison of blood biochemical indexes of different TCM syndrome types of hypertension patients in Zhuang nationality,Compared with the type of hyperactivity of liver fire,yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity and type deficiency of Yin Yang blood UA has the difference(P<0.01);Compared with the phlegm dampness type,yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity and type deficiency of Yin Yang blood UA has the difference(P<0.01);Compared with the type of hyperactivity of liver fire,phlegm dampness blood Cr has the difference(P<0.05);Compared with the phlegm dampness type,yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity and type deficiency of Yin Yang blood Cr has the difference(P<0.05);(6)The TCM syndrome integral in patients with hypertension of both Zhuang and Han nationalities at all levels distribution differences were no statistically significant(P>0.05);(7)The TCM Syndromes of the patients with hypertension and Zhuang nationality syndrome score grading distribution:Hyperactivity of liver fire type mainly for TCM syndrome integral medium,phlegm dampness type,hyperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiency type mainly for TCM syndrome integral,heavy duty,deficiency of both yin and Yang mainly for TCM syndrome integral heavy;The TCM Syndromes of the patients with hypertension and Han nationality syndrome score grading distribution:Hyperactivity of liver fire type,phlegm dampness type,hyperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiency type mainly for TCM syndrome integral medium,yin and yang deficiency type mainly for TCM syndrome integral heavy;There was no statistical significance(P>0.05)in the distribution of TCM Syndrome Types and syndrome of hypertension between Zhuang and Han nationality.Conclusion:(1)Zhuang and Han patients with hypertension in phlegm dampness and hyperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiencytype distribution has difference,Zhuang and Han nationality hypertension TCM syndrome type is not obvious difference in gender distribution.(2)Both Zhuang and Han nationality hypertension TCM syndromes in different age distribution had certain differences,this difference may be related to the evolution of TCM etiology and pathogenesis;(3)Zhuang and Han patients with essential hypertension cardiovascular general condition(BMI,Smoking history)and blood biochemical indexes had some differences,presumably with different genetic background associated with eating habits;(4)The Zhuang and Han patients with essential hypertension of different TCM Syndromes with partial blood biochemical parameters were different,indicate that TCMS yndromes and modern laboratory index has certain correlation;(5)There was no significant difference in the distribution of TCM syndrome score between Zhuang and Han patients with hypertension.
