Clinical Study On The Effect Of Zhenwu Decoction On Non-invasive Hemodynamics Of Yang Deficiency Water In Chronic Heart Failure

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhenwu Decoction in patients with chronic heart failure due to yang deficiency and water,and the effects on non-invasive hemodynamics,BNP,left ventricular ejection fraction and other indicators,to provide more traditional Chinese medicine for Zhenwu Decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Evidence-based medicine.Methods: Fifty patients with yang-deficiency water-type chronic heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,25 cases each.Non-invasive hemodynamic parameters,left ventricular ejection fraction,BNP,TCM syndrome scores,NYHA cardiac function grading were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.The effects of the treatment group and the control group were compared by statistical analysis.Results: 1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in non-invasive hemodynamics index,TCM syndrome score,BNP and NYHA cardiac function grading(P>0.05),which was comparable.Compared with before treatment,CO,CI,SI,SV,HR and SVR were improved after treatment,the difference was significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than CO in improving CO and CI.Group(P < 0.05).2.Improvement of BNP and left ventricular ejection fraction: BNP and left ventricular ejection fraction were improved after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment.3.Cardiac function(NYHA classification): The total effective rate of improvement of NYHA cardiac function grading after treatment group and control group was 64% and 60%,respectively,and the treatment group was higher than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).4.TCM syndrome efficacy: The total effective rate of treatment of TCM syndromes after treatment and control group was 88% and 76%,respectively,and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05),in the treatment of facial edema,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment group was stronger than the control group in improving TCM syndromes.5.The safety-related indicators of the patients in the treatment group were almost the same as those before the treatment,indicating that Zhenwu Decoction was well tolerated and no obvious or serious side effects were observed.Conclusion: 1.Zhenwu Decoction can improve the hemodynamics index and TCM syndrome and NYHA cardiac function grading in patients with chronic heart failure due to yang deficiency,and the curative effect is better than that of western medicine alone.2.Zhenwu Decoction is safe and reliable in the treatment of patients with yang deficiency and water-type chronic heart failure.3.Non-invasive hemodynamics can be a diagnostic basis for chronic heart failure and one of the methods to evaluate the efficacy of heart failure treatment.
