The Clinical Observation Of Peitushengjin Method For TheTreatment Of Interstitial Lung Disease(Syndrome Of Deficiency Of Spleen Qi)

Objective:This research through the observation method of peitushengjin treatment of interstitial lung disease(syndrome of deficiency of Spleen Qi) in patients with were observed before and after treatment in patients with TCM clinical signs and symptoms of the disease symptom integral, spleen deficiency syndrome clinical symptom score, lung function index of TLC% expected value and DLCO% pre meter value, no oxygen to pulse oxygen saturation, imaging performance score and six minutes walking distance test, comprehensive clinical curative effect to improve the situation, so as to elucidate the therapeutic effect of method of reinforcing earth to generate metal of interstitial lung disease, for traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the disease to provide new clinical evidence.Methods:Of 40 patients with interstitial lung disease diagnostic criteria, and in accordance with the patients of spleen qi deficiency syndrome diagnostic criteria of, using the random grouping principle is divided into two groups, respectively into test group and control group, each with 20 cases in each. The experimental group with Western conventional treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine(peitushengjin tang) in the treatment and the control group treated by routine western medicine scheme. The two groups treated for 3 months. Respectively were compared between the two groups before and after treatment in patients with TCM clinical signs and symptoms of the disease symptom integral, spleen qi deficiency syndrome clinical manifestation symptom score, lung function index of TLC% expected value and DLCO% expected value, no oxygen to pulse oxygen saturation, imaging performance score and six minutes walk test distance, clinical efficacy, and use statistical methods to judge the treatment in the two groups of clinical curative effect.Result:The statistical test, before and after the treatment, the integral in traditional Chinese medicine, clinical manifestations of disease symptoms of spleen deficiency symptom score, lung function index TLC% and DLCO% predicted value, expected value without oxygen pulse oxygen saturation, six minutes walking distance, two groups were compared in the group, P < 0.05, there was a statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the. Patients in the control group were significantly improved in the index; after treatment between the two groups were compared, P < 0.05, there were significant differences in the test group, the above indicators improved significantly better than the control group patients, illustrate the efficacy of the treatment group with the peitushengjin combined with western medicine in the improvement of the above indicators better than single western medicine treatment group. Improve the patient imaging score, comparison of before and after treatment in the two groups, P > 0.05, no statistically significant differences in; after treatment between the two groups were compared, P > 0.05, no statistically significant differences, before and after treatment in the experimental group and the control group in radiographic scores all has not been significantly improved, indicating that the peitushengjin tang combined with western medicine treatment group and single group with western medicine treatment in improving patient images score index effect is not significant. In the comprehensive clinical efficacy and cured in test group 3 progress, 6 people, 8 people, invalid 3 people, the total effective rate is 85%, control group, markedly effective in 3, progress in 3, stable 5, invalid 9 people, the total efficiency of 55%, the statistical test, P < 0.05, statistically significant differences, peitushengjin tang combined with western medicine group is better than single western medicine group has better clinical efficacy and safety observation index does not appear significantly abnormal, with good safety.Conclusion:Method of peitushengjin combined with western medicine routine regimen in the treatment of interstitial lung disease with single western medicine treatment can relieve clinical symptoms of patients with diseases of TCM clinical manifestations and syndrome of deficiency of Spleen Qi, improve patient lung function index TLC% expected value and DLCO% predicted value, improve patient without oxygen to pulse oxygen saturation, increased in patients with six minutes walking distance, but traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine group compared with efficacy of Western medicine group improved more significantly, better clinical comprehensive therapeutic effect, so it is worth to be popularized in clinic.
