The Clinical Study Of Jiawei-Huanglian-Wen-Dan-Tang In Treating Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus With OSAHS

Objective: This paper discusses the clinical curative effect of Jiawei-Huanglian-Wen-Dan-Tang, based on the method of removing heat-phlegm, invigorating spleen and supplementingqi, promoting flow of qi and blood circulation and dredging,in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus with OSAHS, and to explore the mechanism of its, provide new and more effective reference for the clinical treatment of the disease.Methods: By collecting the cases,60 cases in T2 DM with OSAHS, of patients,who met the inclusion criteria of it in Endocrine Outpatient and ward of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of TCM during Jan.2015 to Dec.2015.All patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group 30 cases, control group 30 cases, of which 60 patients completed the trial, none cases of falling off, none cases removed, none cases of suspension, the last observation of treatment group 30 cases, control group 30 cases.The treatment group was given oral Jiawei-Huanglian-Wen-Dan-Tang and Glucophape and Acarbose Tablets, the control group was given only Glucophape and Acarbose Tablets. Treatment course of both group was 4 weeks.Apnea-hypernoea index,body mass index, waist circumference, blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipid, liver and kidney function, three routine safety indexes respectively, and TCM symptom score were recorded and analyzed.Results: Compared the two groups after treatment had different degrees of improvements(P<0.05)in reducing the score of TCM symptoms,the AHI,BMI,blood fat and regulating blood lipid,and the two groups of comparisons had the significance difference(P<0.01).In terms of weight index and the size of waistlines, we found a evident decrease of it after treatment(P<0.05),and no significant difference was found between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Jiawei-Huanglian-Wen-Dan-Tang, based on the method of removing heat-phlegm, invigorating spleen and supplementingqi, promoting flow of qi and blood circulation and dredging, has significant therapeutic effect for type 2 diabetes mellitus with OSAHS, stooltype and obviously improves the AHI,BMI,blood fat and regulating blood lipid, at the same time can reduce the blood sugar.So it can treat both symptoms and root causes, and also is one of effective method in the clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with OSAHS.
