| Objective To explore the clinical effect of Sanqing Jiangtang Jiawei formula on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,in order to determine whether the prescription has further research value.Methods Patients with type 2 diabetes who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient clinic of Daming County traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Hebei Province were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to their wishes.69 cases were observed,including treatment group(n=35)and control group(n=34).Both groups were given lifestyle intervention,and the treatment group was treated with Sanqing Jiangtang Jiawei formula,one dose per day,water frying,a total of 450 ml of juice,taking orally half an hour before meals for three times;The control group was treated with metformin hydrochloride enteric-coated tablets,500 mg,three times a day.The course of treatment was 12 weeks.Related indexes such as fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 hours plasma glucose(2h PG)and glycated hemoglobin A1c(Hb A1c)were measured before and after treatment.The patients were revisited every two weeks,and the relevant medical history was recorded and physical examination was carried out.Venous blood was drawn at the end of the 4th and 8th week of treatment to detect FPG.The examination results were statistically analyzed by SPSS25.0,and the clinical efficacy of Sanqing Jiangtang Jiawei formula in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was evaluated according to the analysis results.Results 1 Baseline data of the two groups before treatment: gender,age,course of disease,body weight,BMI,waist circumference,waist-to-hip ratio,FPG,2h PG,Hb A1 c,total score of TCM symptoms,area under C-peptide curve,TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C indexes were basically the same between the two groups before treatment.There was no significant difference between the two groups.The two groups are comparable(P>0.05);2 In terms of blood glucose index: Compared with the baseline before treatment,the FPG of the two groups decreased significantly at each time point,and the FPG of both groups changed with time,and the stronger the curative effect was with the extension of treatment time(Ptime=0.000).There was no significant difference in FPG between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).From the beginning of 4 weeks of treatment to the end of the course of treatment,there were significant differences in FPG between the two groups(P<0.05).FPG in the control group was lower than that in the treatment group(Pgroup=0.000),and the decreasing trend of FPG in the two groups was consistent with time(Pgroup*time=0.654).The comparison of 2h PG between the two groups was P=0.000.Both groups had the effect of reducing 2h PG.After treatment,the reduction of 2h PG in the treatment group was stronger than that in the control group(P=0.000),and the comparison between the two groups of Hb A1 c within the two groups was P=0.000,and both groups had the effect of reducing Hb A1 c,and the effect of reducing Hb A1 c in the treatment group was not as good as that in the control group after treatment(P=0.040);3 In terms of area under C-peptide curve: There was no effect on reducing the area under the C-peptide curve in both groups(P>0.05);4 In terms of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine: The comparison of the total score of TCM symptoms between the two groups before and after treatment was P<0.05.Both groups had the effect of reducing the total score of TCM symptoms,and there was a comparison between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The effect of reducing the total score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was stronger than that in the control group.There was a significant difference in the efficacy of symptoms between the two groups(P=0.004).The effective rate of the treatment group(88.57%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(64.71%);5 In terms of blood lipid index: There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Both groups could improve TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C.There was no significant difference in lipid regulation between the two groups(P>0.05);6 In terms of security indicators: There were no obvious abnormal changes in blood and urine routine,liver and kidney function and ECG in the two groups before and after treatment.No moderate or severe adverse reactions were found in the two groups,and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions 1 Sanqing Jiangtang Jiawei formula has the effect of reducing FPG,2h PG and Hb A1 c,especially in reducing 2h PG;2 Sanqing Jiangtang Jiawei formula can reduce the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C,and increase the level of HDL-C,and effectively improve the disorder of blood lipid metabolism;3 Sanqing Jiangtang Jiawei formula can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with T2 DM without obvious adverse reactions,so it is safe and worthy of further study.Figure 1;Table 18;Reference 118... |
