Observe The Clinical Curative Effect Of The Mahuangding Unite Improved Donati-Allgower Stitching In The ORIF Postoperative Treatment Of Calcaneal Fractures

Objective Observe the Mahuangding unite improved Donati-Allgower stitching in preventing infection and skin flap necrosis in the ORIF postoperative treatment of calcaneal fractures' clinical curative effect. To explore the reason of the postoperative infection and skin flap necrosis, after calcaneal fractures ORIF, intending to provide feasible methods how to resolve it.Methods All the patients were divided into four groups randomly: Simple suture group(A1),Simple suture unite Mahuangding group(A2), improved Donati-Allgower stitching group(B1), improved Donati-Allgower stitching unite Mahuangding group(B2). Observing the postoperative infection rate of the patients, the skin flap necrosis rate,the time of the soft tissue healing.Result Campared improved Donati-Allgower stitching unite Mahuangding group with the other three groups in postoperative infection rate,the skin flap necrosis' rate is lower,what's more,P<0.05,the difference is very significant,which suggest the statistical is significant.Campared improved Donati-Allgower stitching unite Mahuangding group with the other three groups about the time of the soft tissue healing,P<0.05, the difference is very significant,which suggest the statistical is significant.The time of the soft tissue healing of the improved Donati-Allgower stitching unite Mahuangding group and the improved Donati-Allgower stitching group is longer than others.Improved Donati-Allgower stitching unite Mahuangding group campared with the other three groups about the average healing time of soft tissue, P<0.05, the difference is very significant,which suggest the statistical is significant. In average soft tissue healing time, the improved Donati-Allgower stitching unite Mahuangding group and the improved Donati-Allgower stitching group is much more long than the other two groups.Conclusion About the treatment of calcaneal fractures, Improved Donati-Allgower stitching unite Mahuangding can reduce the incidence of infection and skin flap necrosis effectively.The improved Donati-Allgower stitching can prolong the healing time of soft tissue. There has achieved good curative effect in the prevention and treatment of infection by using Mahuangding topical.
