Clinical Research On Treating Shoulder Sleeve Injury Of Blood Stasis With Acupotomy

Objective: Clinical control study on the treatment of Shoulder Sleeve Injury of blood stasis by releasing soft tissue around shoulder sleeve with Acupotomy and traditional block therapy,to promote a new scheme for the treatment of simple operation,outstanding efficacy, safety and reliability,easy to spread,in order to provide a ideas for clinician,to provide a exact standard of diagnosis and treatment for acupotomy treatment.Methods:The subjects screened 72 cases of Shoulder Sleeve Injury of blood stasis,using principles of randomized,controlled,single-blind.It is individed into two groups,36 cases of acupotomy therapy(treatment group),36 cases of traditional block therapy(control group).Two groups was treated by separated 5 days,15 days for one course.On the basis of the score of shoulder joint of University of California,Los Angeles,we need to observe the score of Treatment before and after on the pain, function,flexion range,flexor,patient satisfaction,then do statistical analysis.Results:(1)The treatment group's effective rate was 91.7%, the control group's effective rate was 77.8%.(2) Compared the before and after treatment scores of both groups' s pain, function,flexion range,flexor. It has a significant difference(P< 0.05).(3) After the treatment, compared two groups' s pain, function,flexion range,flexor,patient satisfaction. It has a obvious difference(P < 0.05). It reminded that the acupotomy treatment group is better than the block therapy group.Conclusion:Both the acupotomy therapy and the block therapy have a significant improvement for the clinical symptoms and signs of Shoulder Sleeve Injury.And the acupotomy has a better efficacy and high clinical value,which has outstanding efficacy, simple operation,limited side-effect,is easy to master, is worth popularizing.
