Clinical Research Of Duhuo Jisheng Tang Treatment On Shoulder Sleeve Injury(Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney)

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on rotator cuff injury with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria,60 patients were surveyed according to the exclusion criteria plan,72 patients were actually surveyed.36 patients in the treatment group and 36 patients in the control group were divided by random number table method.Six patients were excluded and dropped out during the diagnosis and treatment process.There were 34 patients in the treatment group and 32 patients in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction plus diclofenac sodium patch for external use,while the control group was treated with diclofenac sodium patch for external use.After 10 days,the VAS score,UCLA score and symptoms and signs score of the two groups were observed and compared,and the data were analyzed by SPSS25.0.Result:1.Post-treatment efficacy statistics shows that in treatment group: 4 people cured,15 people markedly effective,11 people effective,4 people invalid,the total effective rate was 88.24%;in control group: 1 person cured,8 people markedly effective,14 people effective,9 people invalid,The total effective rate is 71.86%.The two groups were statistically significant(P=0.014<0.05).This indicated that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.There was no difference in VAS scores between the two groups before treatment;the pain in both groups reduced after treatment(P<0.05),but the treatment group was superior to the control group(P=0.014<0.05).3.There was no difference in UCLA scores between the two groups before treatment;after treatment,the UCLA scores of both groups were increased(P<0.05),and the treatment group was more obvious(P=0.015<0.05).4.The symptoms and signs of the two groups were compared.The two groups reduced the pain,dysfunction and tenderness after treatment.The control group did not improve the limb weakness(P=0.216>0.05).The treatment group had limb weakness.The improvement(P<0.05);and the treatment group was better than the control group for pain,dysfunction,tenderness and limb weakness(P<0.05).5.There was no difference in the total scores of symptoms and signs between the two groups before treatment.There were differences in the total scores of symptoms and signs between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The symptoms and signs of TCM improved in both groups.However,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P = 0.031 < 0.05).Conclusion:Duhuo Jisheng Tang combined with diclofenac sodium patch is effective in the treatment of shoulder sleeve injury with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.It can significantly reduce patients' pain,shoulder joint function and symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine,and is superior to the single use of clofenac sodium patch.
