Arthroscopy Cleaning Combined Fibula Osteotomy Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:This study aims to through the observation of arthroscopy cleaning combined fibula osteotomy with pure arthroscopy cleaning and simple fibular osteotomy for treating knee osteoarthritis clinical curative effect, provide a minimally invasive, comprehensive, less cost, little pain, quick recovery treatment.Materials and methods:Records of this study were derived from the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of TCM orthopedic ward, from November 2014 to November 2015 diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis in hospitalized patients, were selected cases met the inclusion criteria for this study.54 cases were randomly divided into three groups: arthroscopy cleaning group, fibular osteotomy group, arthroscopic debridement combined fibula osteotomy group, postoperative individualized rehabilitation training plan according to patients condition, check regularly.Followed up for 3~12 months postoperatively, and were recorded in 5 months after operation using Lysholm scale to knee joint assessment to evaluate each clinical curative effect.Results:The selected 54 patients were discharged from hospital after regular outpatient care, are effectively pays a return visit.Each group after treatment Lysholm score analysis of variance :( arthroscopy cleaning group with fibular osteotomy group, p = 0.57),(arthroscopy cleaning group with combination group p = 0.00),(fibular osteotomy group with combination group p = 0.00), shows that p = 0.57> 0.05, showing no significant difference, indicating that arthroscopy cleaning group and fibular osteotomy group gap between the small group Lysholm score after treatment, the effect is similar.And p = 0.00 <0.01, represents a significant difference, indicating that arthroscopy cleaning group, fibular osteotomy group and combination group compared to the group after combined surgical treatment Lysholm score was significantly higher than the first two, the treatment result is better than the former two.Conclusion:Three treatment programs for the treatment of keen osteoarthritis have a significant effect,Compared with the simple arthroscopic cleaning and simple fibula osteotomy, arthroscopy cleaning joint fibular osteotomy for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis curative effect is more prominent, treatment is more comprehensive,Not only can clean up within the joint, but also improve the lower limb load line of force, the course of progression of knee osteoarthritis theoretical delay.However, due to small sample size, short follow-up time restrictions and other factors can not be evaluated for its long-term effect, so this research has some limitations.
