Clinical Observation Of Duhuojisheng Decoction Combined With Fibular Esteotomy In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Duhuojisheng decoction Combined with fibular esteotomy in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee in order to find a reasonable solution for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:From the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine choose 30 patients of orthopaedic outpatient conforms to the diagnostic criteria,and the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria after the screening of patients with knee osteoarthritis,the random divided into treatment group and control group,Each group have 15 cases.(n = 15).The treatment group used " Duhuojisheng decoction Combined with fibular esteotomy " give priority to treatment,the Control group mainly adopts internal and " Duhuojisheng decoction " to give priority to treatment.And then into the clinical observation for 3 months.The VAS visual acuity score and the HSS knee disease score were scored at the beginning of the project,in one month and three months,respectively..Knee joint function in patients with follow-up to record every time,after the program for data analysis.Results:In the treatment group patients before and after treatment,VAS score and the HSS score comparison had statistical significance(P < 0.05);The control group before and after treatment in patients with contrast,VAS score and HSS score comparison had statistical significance(P < 0.05);The contrast between the two groups,the treatment group after 1 month of therapy VAS score and HSS knee score are better than that of control group(P < 0.05);3 month after treatment in treatment group VAS score and HSS knee score are better than that of control group(P < 0.05).The difference is statistically significant.Conclusion : 1.The two methods both have obvious curative effect on knee osteoarthritis.2.The treatment of knee osteoarthritis is effective with the treatment of Duhuojisheng decoction combination with fibular osteotomy,which can alleviate the knee joint pain and improve the clinical curative effect of knee joint Significantly better than the control group.For the clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis provides a new idea,with good social value and economic value,worthy of clinical application.
