| Objective: According to the relevant essays in 30 years, analysing and summarizing cases that physicians treat acute pancreatitis using Da Chai Hu Tang,looking for regularity of clinical application about Da Chai Hu Tang drug addition and subtraction,and similarities and differences at dialectics,typing features and development of efficacy to acute pancreatitis, to better directing clinical application about Da Chai Hu Tang.Methods: After finding and reading the literatures on studying the Da Chai Hu Tang in clinical treatment of acute pancreatitis in the past thirty years( 1986-2015), the writer downloaded some literatures in accordance with the selection criteria to set up the research database of this paper and summarize regulation of selecting medicine and the effect of clinical treatment when using Da Chai Hu Tang.Results: The effect of treatment group that using Da Chai Hu Tang with conventional Western medicine is extremely better than the control group.Conclusion: It is much better to use Da Chai Hu Tang with conventional western medicine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Also, there is a great effect to shorten the disease median response time and improve the laboratory index. The common medicinal herbs that are combined with Da Chai Hu Tang in clinical treatment of acute pancreatitis are antifebrile agents, blood- quickening stasis-transforming medicine, diuretics for eliminating dampness, etc. |
