| Objective: To study the meet the selection criteria discussed literature, using frequency statistics to summarize the curative effect of Xiao Chaihu Tang in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B, analysis of drug addition and subtraction rules of Xiao Chaihu Tang and system, in order to better use of these research results to guide the clinical application.Methods: To review the literature during the period of 1985-2014,according to the literature selection criteria decision literature included or excluded. The induction to summarize the effect of Xiao Chaihu Tang for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B,and used in the statistical literature using each herbal’s times and summarize.Results: The curative effect in treatment group which used Xiao Chaihu Tang was significantly better than control group.Heat clearing drugs, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,diuresis medicine,tonic are the 4 kinds of the most commonly used.Conclusion: Taking Xiao Chaihu Tang to treat chronic hepatitis b curative effect is distinct, in clinical application we should pay attention to heat clearing drugs, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clearing damp and promoting diuresis herbs. |
