Objective Allergic rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, AR) is allergic inflammation of the nasal mucosa, AR in clinic is a common disease, frequently-occurring disease. Therefore, this study explore the glucocorticoid nasal mucosa of rat AR and SP material expression, the influence of the observation of nasal mucosa tissue eosinophils and mast cells infiltration. Methods This experiment selects 30 rats, using random method, divided into glucocorticoid nasal spray treatment AR experimental group and control group. Control group included 2 groups, AR control group and normal control group, respectively, 10 in each group. AR and AR controls by intraperitoneal injection of ovalbumin sensitization, add bilateral nasal drops ovalbumin local excitation, rat AR model is set up, the normal control group with the same physiological saline with the method of processing. After the last local excitation, observe and record the rat symptoms and behavioral changes ? AR model is successfully established, AR group withglucocorticoid budesonide nasal spray nasal spray treatment for 3 weeks, the control group with the same physiological saline nasal spray nasal spray processing. At the end of the time after the nasal spray treatment, observe and record again symptoms and behavioral changes in rats,Chloral hydrate anesthesia executed three groups of rats, then the rat nasal mucosa, the formaldehyde fixation, dehydration, paraffin wax, sectioning,Respectively as of HE stain, toluidine blue staining and immunohistochemical staining, microscope nasal mucosa tissues acidophilic granulocyte, infiltration of mast cells and the expression of substance P.Results By intraperitoneal injection of ovalbumin sensitization, plus nasal drops of ovalbumin local excitation, AR model is successfully established in rats; AR group of glucocorticoid budesonide nasal spray treatment, AR in experimental rats scratching nose, sneezing, runny nose symptoms than physiological saline nasal spray nasal spray treatment of AR in the control group significantly reduced, and similar to the normal control group; AR in the control group, only treated with normal saline, rats have obvious scratching nose, sneezing, runny nose, AR symptoms; 3 weeks, the treatment group rats using chloral hydrate anesthesia executed, take the rat nasal mucosa tissue pathology examination, AR experimental acidophilic granulocyte and mast cell in nasal mucosa tissue infiltration significantly lower than normal saline nasal spray nasal spray treatment of AR in the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05), AR group and normal control group are similar, there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05); Glucocorticoid budesonide nasal spray nasal spray treatment of AR expression of substance P amount below AR group controls, statistically significant difference(P < 0.05), AR group and normal control group are similar, there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion1. By intraperitoneal injection of ovalbumin, local drip and nasal cavity, can set up AR model in rats.2. Glucocorticoid budesonide nasal spray can effectively alleviate AR allergy symptoms, reduce infiltration of eosinophils and mast cells, reduce the release of substance P...
