Clinical Study In The Treatment Of Perennial Allergic Rhinitis Of The Lung-qi Deficiency Cold With Modified Yupingfengsan Prescripton,and The Changes Of Interleukin-2(IL-2)and Interleukin-4(IL-4)

Objective:To observe the therapy effect with the combination of Yupingfengsan rescription and cetirizine tablets in treating of perennial allergic rhinitis of deficiency of the lung-qi,and the changes of interleukin-2(IL-2) and interleukin-4(IL-4).Taking cetirizine tablets group as the control,to objectively evaluate the efficiency and safety of yuping-fengsan prescription in treating perennial allergic rhinitis of deficiency of the lung-qi,and further,discuss the mechanism of action.Methods:60perennial allergic rhinitis patients of deficiency of the lung-qi were randomly divided into two groups with30patients each,the treatment group(yupingfengsan prescription&cetirizine tablets) and the control group(cetirizine tablets).After30days of treatment,both roups were observed the effects in improving clinical syndromes and the serum level of IL-2and IL-4levels.Results:(1) The total effective rate of curative effect was89.3%in treatment group,while86.2%in control group. There was significant difference between two groups after the treatment (P<0.05).(2) Both groups can improve serum level of IL-2and reduce serum level of IL-4(P<0.05),and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Yupingfengsanjiawei prescription had etract curative effect in perennial allergic rhinitis patients with the pattern of deficiency of the lung-qi,it was related with which can promote serum level of IL-2and reduce IL-4.It can improve organism of the immunity mechanism,and further,improve the clinical symptom.It is the safe effective drug of traditional Chinese medicine.
