Applicability Of Chinese Version Of Short Form Mcgill Pain Questionnaire Among Postoperative Patients Controlled Intraveous Analgesia

Objective:Nowadays more and more postoperative patients use analgesic, In order to evaluate the anagesia effects of PCIA, we use Chinese version of short form McGill pain questionnaire among postoperative patients to grasp value in pain.Methods:Ninety patients aged between35and60years old with an ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ undergoing the stomach and intestine surgery. after surgery use PCIA,(DS):Dezocine0.4mg/kg+sufentanil1μg/kg+azasetron10mg;(S):sufentanil2μg/kg+azasetron10mg;, each diluted to100ml. recording at2h、12h、24h and48h after operation by the investigators.Results:(1) Adopt VAS compare DS to S are no statistical differences.(2) Adopt PPI compare DS to S are no statistical differences.p>0.05(3) Adopt PPI compare DS to S on emotional project have statistical differences.p<0.05Conclusion:(1) Applicability of Chinese version of SF-MPQ has good at reliable, comprehensive, it’s worth for clinical application to postoperative pain measurement. (2) DS is better than S on emotional project after operation of PCIA.
