On the base of systematic review of the formation of Prof. Fu Wei-min's academic ideas and clinical experience. combined with my professional competence and professional direction, refined and summed up the Prof Fu Wei-min's experience of Qingxin Jieyu Decoction that can clear away heart-fire and resolve the depression, and at the same time I also studied the clinical observation.Purposes:The preliminary observation on the clinical treatment of Qingxin Jieyu Decoction can clear away heart-fire and resolve the depression,and prepare the way for further research and clinical guidance.Methods:Use the research method that contrasting of itself before and after, Give the Qingxin Jieyu Decoction to depression patients in the study, and give a mark according to TCM symptom classifying quantitative and HAMD depression in 1 month and 3 months after the treatment,and uses SPSS 20.0 statistical analysis, carries on the comparison to patients with various scale scores before and after, observing the symptoms and improvement of the score.Results:Compared with before treatment, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) with symptoms after march classification and quantitative integral HAMD depression scale score who taking Chinese traditional medicine of have improved, and it has statistically difference(P<0.05); The total effective treatment rate was 66.67% after 1 month, and the total effective treatment rate was 86.67% after 3 months.Conclusion:Qingxin Jieyu Decoction can treat of mild and moderate depression (darling muggy syndrome), effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms, and the longer the drug take,the better the results will be.
