The Study On Depression Of Influencing Factors And The Clinical Effect Research Of Jieyu Qingxin Anshen Decoction

Objective:1.Analyze influencing factors of 264 depression patients in order to meliorate depression symptoms of the crowd early and to provide ideas and theoretical foundation for reduing missed diagnosing rate of depression. 2.To explore the effect of Jieyu Qingxin Anshen tang treating gan huo rao xin symtom of depression.Methods:1.Analyze social anthropological factors, life style, accompanied syndromes of all 264 depression cases to figure out the influencing factors of depression.2.90 cases of the depressive patients who meet the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group (Jieyu Qinxin Anshen Decoction) and control group (Xiaoyaosan Decoction). Both groups were treated for 12 weeks and were followed up after six months. Assessing score with "syndromes of depression clinical observation table", SDS, SAS, PSQI.Results: 1.Among the 264 cases of depression, aged from 17 to 80 years old, their mean age was 39.69±13.54. Women were 149 cases, accounted for 56.4 % ;Education of secondary schools and universities accounted for 203cases, 76.8 % ;Staff members and workers accounted for 119 cases, 45.1%;married accounted for 179 cases, 67.8%;the impatient were 160 cases, accounted for 60.6%, and the introvert were 144, accounted for 54.5%, the patients who pursued perfection were 139 , accounting for 52.7% ;Income less than 3000 per month were 193,accounting for 73.1%; People suffered from pressure of work were 79, accounting for 30.0%. 2. Indifference, distraction, treated for 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks, six months follow-up, p<0.05. Insomnia, irritability treated for 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks, six months follow-up, p>0.05.Xiongxie fullness six months follow-up, p<0.05. People with introverted, impatient, impulsive, perfect characters had a high susceptibility. Most patients had negative events as incentives. 2.The results shows that Jie Yu Qingxin Anshen Decoction is effective and the treatment of depression is reliable.
