Clinical Study Of Taogui Xiaoyin Decoction Combined With Chinese Herbal Medicine Bath For Plaque Psoriasis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Taogui Xiaoyin Decoction combined with Chinese herbal medicine bath in the treatment of plaque psoriasis.Methods:A total of 90 patients with plaque psoriasis were collected and randomly divided into a treatment group of 30 cases(Taogui Xiaoyin Decoction+Xiaoya Lotion+Narrowband Ultraviolet Light Therapy),and 30 cases in control group A(Xiaoya Lotion+Narrow-band ultraviolet light therapy),compared with 30 cases in group B(Taogui Xiaoyin Decoction+narrow-band ultraviolet light therapy).Taking 2 weeks as a treatment cycle,observe the total skin area score,skin severity score(erythema,infiltration,scale score),PASI score,The skin pruritus degree score and the skin quality of life score before and after treatment are used to record the adverse reactions of the patient during the treatment and judge the clinical efficacy.Results:1.The study actually completed 86 patients,including 29 in the treatment group,28 in the control group A,and 29 in the control group B.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.10%,the total effective rate of the control group A was 67.86%,and the control group B was 67.86%.The total effective rate of the group is 72.41%.The treatment group is better than the control group A and the control group B(P<0.05);2.Compared with the treatment before,after 2,4,6,8 weeks of treatment,the three groups of patients The total skin area score,skin severity score(erythema,infiltration,scaly score),PASI score,skin pruritus score,skin quality of life score were all improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group was improving the skin lesions Severity score(erythema,infiltration,scaly score),PASI score,skin quality of life score is better than the control group A and control group B(P<0.05);3.During the treatment of the three groups,1 patient in the treatment group after bathing Dizziness and discomfort occurred,and relieved after rest.Conclusions:1.Taogui Xiaoyin Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine bath for plaque psoriasis can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,relieve clinical symptoms such as itching,and its side effects are small,the clinical effect is significant,and the advantages of the combination of internal and external traditional Chinese medicine can be fully utilized It is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.2.From the perspective of TCM Xuanfu theory,it is proposed that "Xuanfu" is an important pathogenesis of plaque psoriasis,suggesting that clinical treatment of plaque psoriasis can use "Xuanfu" as an entry point."Opening Xuanfu,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis" is the principle of treatment.
