Treatment Of Plaque Psoriasis With Qi Ma Red Sea Gan Decoction Clinical Study Of Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy,safety,effective rate and recurrence rate of qi Ma Red Sea Gan decoction in the treatment of plaque psoriasis with blood stasis syndrome based on the theory of Xuanfu and Qi and blood,and to compare the scores before and after treatment,exploring a new way to treat this disease by means of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods: From January 2021 to December 2021,72 patients(patients with plaque psoriasis of blood stasis syndrome meeting the inclusion criteria)who visited the dermatology clinic of Yunnan Hospital of TCM were randomly divided into two groups(randomly divided into two groups: computer random number table method),with 36 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with Qimahaigan Decoction combined with calcipotriol ointment for external use.The control group was given Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with calcipotriol ointment for external use.At the same time,the basic treatment both groups were given Zilian ointment for external use.Record patients before and three weeks,six weeks after treatment the symptoms and curative effect index: psoriasis skin lesion area and extent(PASI),TCM syndrome,dermatology life quality index(DLQI),sweating rate,fill in the clinical curative effect observation table(see table 4),record adverse reactions and relapse,curative effect evaluation;The data before and after treatment were analyzed by SPSS 26.0.Results:1.Comparison of efficacyThe treatment group(62.19%)and the control group(43.50%),obviously,the former is higher than the latter.Comparison of total effective rate: the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 84.37% and 61.29%,respectively,P=0.029<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,namely,in terms of curative effect,the treatment group is better than the control group.2.PASI score comparisonThe TCM syndrome scores between and within the two groups were compared before treatment(P>0.05),indicating no significant difference.After treatment,P<0.05,the difference was significant.This indicates that the two groups are both effective in reducing the TCM syndrome scores,but the former is superior to the latter.3.Comparison of TCM syndrome scoreThe TCM syndrome scores between and within the two groups were compared before treatment(P>0.05),indicating no significant difference.After treatment,P<0.05,the difference was significant.This indicates that the two groups are both effective in reducing the TCM syndrome scores,but the former is superior to the latter.4.Comparison of sweating degree scoresThere was no significant difference in the scores of sweating degree between the two groups and within the group before treatment(P >0.05),and the results after six weeks of treatment showed a statistical difference(P<0.05).After six weeks of treatment,two groups of patients improve sweating degrees,and the treatment group is better,namely in dredging Xuan fu,qi and blood circulation.The treatment group is better than the control group.5.Comparison of Quality of Life Index(DLQI)scoresThe DLQI scores between and within the two groups showed no significant difference when compared with the scores before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,P<0.05,the difference was significant;After 6 weeks of treatment,the DLQI scores of the two groups both improved,but the former improved better.6.Comparison of adverse reactionsAdverse reactions occurred in 1 case in the treatment group and 2 cases in the control group.7.Comparison of recurrence ratesThe recurrence rate of the two groups was 15.7% in the treatment group and 63.6% in the control group,P<0.05;the difference was significant.Conclusion:1.Based on the Xuan fu,qi,and blood theory stilbene hemp red sea f tonga taste joint card berth triol ointment treating blood stasis plaque psoriasis is better than that of pure from the blood treatment,clinical efficacy is superior to the use of peach siwu tonga taste joint card berth triol ointment treatment,the PASI score,sweating rate,TCM syndrome score,DLQI score were decreased,and the recurrence rate is low,Embody the advantages of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine,internal and external treatment of blood stasis syndrome plaque psoriasis.2.It highlights the application value of the theory of Xuanfu and Qi and blood in the treatment of psoriasis.
