| Purpose: By detectioning test group and control group patients with angina pectoris' s(Qi stagnation card)relevant indicators,to evaluation the efficacy and safety of Xuanbi Tongyu Fang.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria,The experimental and control groups at an equal number of randomly divided into two groups,each of 36 patients.The control group acording to guide,using standardized therapy.Angina attacking: immediately sublingual administration nitroglycerin 1/2-1 piece(specifications for the 0.5mg).According to the situation of alleviate,selecting five minutes to continue taking.Long-term use : Aspirin(Bayer S.p.A)0.1g orally once a day,Atorvastatin calcium(Pfizer Ireland Pharmaceuticals)20mg orally once a day administration.According to the disease choose to use: Calcium antagonists(such as Adalat 30 mg,once a day orally),?-blockers(such as metoprolol tartrate piece 25 mg,2 times a day orally),Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors(such as enalapril maleic acid 10 mg,once a day orally).Western medicine treatment group was given conventional therapy and Xuanbi Tongyu Fang,The side from the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun Traditional Chinese Medicine University medicine or room with free.Each morning and evening with warm boiled water,the treatment is 4 weeks.Results: 1,TCM symptoms efficacy evaluation: the added taking Xuanbi Tongyu Fang group's total efficiency is 83.33%.The western medicine group's total efficiency is 74.29%.The difference was significant(p <0.05);2,symptoms of angina: the added taking Xuanbi Tongyu Fang group's total effective rate was 88.57%.The western medicine group's total effective rate was 68.57%.The difference was significant(p <0.05);3,the efficacy of ECG evaluation: the added taking Xuanbi Tongyu Fang group's effective rate was 45.71%.The western medicine group's total effective rate was 40.00%.The two treatment regimens can improve electrocardiogram,but no significant difference between groups(p> 0.05);4,In the Nitroglycerin reduce outage probability: the added taking Xuanbi Tongyu Fang group's total efficiency is 91.43%.The western medicine group's total efficiency is 68.57%(p<0.05).The difference was significant.It has the statistically significant;5,Two programs can improve lipid profiles of patients,but the aspects for lowering LDL,added taking Xuanbi Tongyu Fang group was significantly better than western medicine group,6,Blood,urine,liver function,renal function were no significant changes before and after treatment in two groups.Conclusion:Xangbi Tongyu Fang in chest pain(Qi stagnation card)of patients,On the improvement of TCM symptoms,improvment angina and reducing the utilization rate of nitroglycerin has a good effect.It also has a good effect to improve the ECG.But there was no significant difference between it and conventional western medicine.Xuanbi Tongyu Fang has no damage to the liver and kidney function and can be widely promoted. |
