Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) belongs to the category of heart pain in traditional Chinese medicine,is a severe chest pain.After acute myocardial infarction, due to adverse factor s caused by cardiac scar tissue,such as left ventricular remodeling,ventricular aneurysm,th e stem cells "non-invasive" integration has become the research focus of scientists in rece nt years.Based on traditional Chinese medicine gas stagnation and blood stasis is the m ain pathogenesis of resolution,by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis method.Based on attitude of the whole concept of Chinese medicine and evidence-based of Western medicine,methods with the combination of Chinese and western of promoti ng blood circulation and removing blood stasis effects of marrow stem cell in patients with acute myocardial infarction after homing and transformation, observation statistical re suits, and provide new ideas and evidence for the treatment of acute myocardial infarctioMethods:Male Wistar rats 50 only,41 rats survived after modeling, ECG judging the severity of myocardial infarction degree, excluding too light or too heavy rats, finally th e total number is 32.According to the random number table method, the successful mod el rats were divided intofour groups:sham operation group, model group, chinese medicin e+G-CSF group, G-CSF group,8 rats in each group. Each group of rats were given the corresponding medicine feeding for 7 days.Draw materials at 7th days, Flow cytometr y was used to detect the content of CD34 postive cells in peripheral blood, immunohis tochemical method to detect the infarct border zone CD34 and Ki-67 positive staining an d observation ofmyocardial tissue HE staining results.Results:The expression rate of CD34 positive cells in the peripheral blood:the model group was higher than that in the sham operation group (P>0.05), Chinese me dicine+G-CSF group was higher than that in group G-CSF (P<0.05).Immunohistochemi cal method was used to detect the Integrated option density(IOD) of positive staining o f CD34 correction:The model group was higher than that in the sham operation grou p (P<0.05), Chinese medicine+G-CSF group was higher than that of G-CSF group(P <0.05).Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the percentage of Ki67 positive cells: The model group was higher than that in the sham operation group (P<0.05), Chinese medicine+G-CSF group was higher than that in G-CSF group (P>0.05).Conclusion:The method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can promote bone marrow stem cells to mobilize into the bloodã€to homing to myoc ardial infarction and to effects of myocardial tissue and cells of newborn.So it is a g ood bone marrow stem cell mobilization agent.
