| Purpose: The observation in virtual under the guidance of the theory of blood stasis,to warm the Qi,Huayu Tongluo therapy,using Huangqijianzhong Soup fit pain Zhuyu Decoction Decoction in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of ulcerative colitis,And evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese Medicine,In order to prove the superiority of the overall concept of Chinese medicine,differentiation,In order to further explore the etiology and pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis and provide clinical evidence to guide clinical.Method:According to the screening criteria to identify patients with ulcerative colitis in the blood stasis syndrome,randomly divided into observation group and control group,every group has 30 inpatients,The observation group was given the body pain by Yu Yu Decoction Combined with Astragalus soup Decoction of Chinese traditional medicine,morning and evening after meals,four weeks for a course of treatment.The control group was given Mesalazin Enteric-coated Tablets oral,2 tablets each time,3 times a day,a total of 4 weeks of treatment.Finally compare the curative effect.Result: Statistical treatment,the control group and observation group before the general situation,before treatment the symptom integral and colonoscopy integral no difference,treatment differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05),The curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group.(1)In the observation group,30 cases of the treatment before the symptom score was 4.79 ± 28.64;in the control group,30 cases in the treatment before the symptom score was 28.60 ± 4.94.In the observation group,30 cases in the treatment,the symptom score was 8.37 ± 3.65;the control group of 30 cases in the treatment after the symptom score was 14.39 ±3.68,the observation group's symptom improvement is better than the control group.(2)The observation group of 30 cases,16.79±7.54 integral mirror foregut treatment;control group of 30 patients in the treatment of foregut integral 16.90 ± 5.67 mirror.30 cases in the observation group,after treatment mirror integral 7.44± 5.33;30 cases in control group after treatment was 11.89 ±0.98 integral mirror.The observation group after treatment with healing is better than that of control group.(3)Observation group of 30 cases,clinical cure,markedly effective,effective and ineffective were 9 cases,13 cases,9 cases,0 cases,the total efficiency of comprehensive effect of 98.01%;control group(30 cases),clinical cure,markedly effective,effective and ineffective were 4 cases,10 cases,17 cases,0 cases,the total efficiency of was 80.43%,the observation group is better than that of control group.(4)Observation group of 30 cases,intestinal mucosa excellent curative effect,valid and invalid were 10 cases,20 cases,0 cases,the total efficiency of was 90.01%;control group(30 cases),clinically effective,invalid were8 cases,17 cases,5 cases,the total efficiency of 78.43%,the observation group of intestinal mucosa and the healing in the control group.Conclusion: From the above statistics results show the reliability of the experimental blood stasis syndrome theory,further validation of the clinical effect of compound traditional Chinese medicine,the safety of the experiment is demonstrated by synchronous observationof the adverse reactions in patients with,to further improve the theory of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ulcer colitis,provides a powerful reference for clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis. |
