Add And Subtract Hewei Injection In The Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritisc (Spleen-Stomach Deficiency) By Clinical Research

Purpose: This research through clinical observation,to clear the add and subtract Hewei Injection in the treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritisc(spleen-stomach deficiency)and clinical safety of epigastric fullness.Method: This research adopts the method of randomized,quasi will strictly abide by the inclusion and exclusion criteria selected 72 cases of spleen-stomach deficiency type of Chronic Atrophic Gastritisc,according to the treatment plan and standard treatment,and carefully observe the clinical efficacy,statistical analysis.Result:72 cases are all complete test,no adverse reactions.The treatment group: 6 cases were cured,17 cases markedly effective,effective 11 cases,invalid 4 cases,the total effective rate was 88.89%.The control group cured 4 cases,markedly effective in 13 cases,effective 14 cases,invalid 5 cases;the total effective rate was 86.11%.Through statistical analysis,between the treatment group and the control group curative effect contrast(P > 0.05),no significant difference,but in the recovery rate and significant efficiency,the treatment group was higher than control group.Conclusion: with the add and subtract Hewei Injection in the treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritisc(spleen-stomach deficiency)fullness with satisfactory efficacy,total efficacy with the control group no significant difference in cure rate,and significant efficiency higher than that of control group.72 patients during treatment,no adverse reaction,the safety of the physical and chemical examination had no obvious abnormality.Proved that the add and subtract Hewei Injection treatment of the spleen-stomach deficiency of Chronic Atrophic Gastritisc safety and effectiveness is for sure.
