| Purpose: The observation used therapy of “Shu gan Li qi,Zao shi He wei”,applied self-made prescription of Shugan Hewei granule in treatment of helicobacter pylori infection in chronic non atrophic gastritis(CNAG)patients(Gan wei Yu re zheng)for its clinical efficacy and safety,and provided the basis for future use.Method: From Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated hospital outpatient with the diagnosis of CNAG patients with a total of 60,according to the ratio of 1:1 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group: Shugan Hewei granule(Composed of Rhizoma Cyperi,Szechwan Chinaberry Fruit,Trogopterus Dung,Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata,Pachyman,Coptis chinensis,Rhizoma Atractyloidis,medicated leaven,Cuttlebone,Magnolia officinalis etc.)three times per day for 4 weeks;the control group: Western medicine triple rule(Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets,Clarithromycin and Amoxicillin)twice per day for 2 weeks,then use the Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets only for 2 weeks.The TCM symptoms,gastric mucosal change,the negative rate of Helicobacter pylori(HP)and adverse reactions were recorded before and after treatment,and the 15 day follow-up after the treatment was used to record the recurrence situation.Result:(1)Before treatment,the course of age,sex,the disease,symptom distribution,integral in gastric mucosa of two groups,have no difference(P>0.05),all of those show a comparability of the study.(2)Individual symptoms improved after treatment: the improvement of acid regurgitation in both group showed not obvious difference(P>0.05).However,symptoms like stomachace,anorexia,nausea,burp,urine had significant difference(P<0.05),the effect of the treatment group is better than the control group.(3)After treatment of symptom integral situation: both of the groups were decreased,but the treatment group had a greater decline.In the aspect of improving syndromes was compared,there are significant differences(P<0.01),the treatment group is better than the control group.(4)Comparison of gastric mucosal changes:The effective rate of the treatment group was 53.33% at the end of treatment,the total efficiency of 80.00%;the effective rate was 40%,the total effective rate was 73.33% in the control group.There was no difference in improvement of the gastric mucosa between the two groups.(5)Hp Compare improve:The Hp negative rate in the treatment group was 46.67% at the end of treatment,which is lower than that in the control group(73.33%).(6)Overall Comparison of effects:The effective rate of the treatment group according to the standard rate was 70% at the end of treatment,the total efficiency was 86.67%;control group of 30 patients,after the treatment,the effective rate was 36.67%,the total effective rate was 73.33%.The overall clinical efficacy was better in the treatment group.(7)Safety: No side-effect appeared during the study.(8)Following: after 2 weeks of the end of the treatment,the treatment group patients were followed up when no significant changes in symptoms integral but the control group became significantly higher.There are significant differences(P<0.01),the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion: The data above shows that Shugan Hewei granule can effectively eliminate or improve the clinical symptoms of the patients of helicobacter pylori infection in chronic non atrophic gastritis(CNAG)(Gan wei Yu re zheng),and the overall curative effect and the primary symptom were better than the control group,improve their quality of life and safety and no toxic and side effect of.To further validate and enrich the theory of traditional Chinese medicine is scientific and practical,which provides effective reference for future clinical treatment of patients with CNAG. |
