Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis With Spleen Deficiency And Qi Stagnation With Sini Foot Patch And Yangwei Granule

Objectives:By observing the clinical efficacy of Sini Foot Patch combined with Yangwei Granules in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG),to explore the clinical efficacy and mechanism of action of Sini Foot Patch combined with Yangwei Granules in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation,which will be for the clinical diagnosis and treatment chronic atrophic gastritis provides the new treatment ideas and theoretical basis.Methods:48 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation(the cases were all from the outpatient department of the Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2021)Treatment group and control group,24 cases in each group.In the treatment group,on the basis of oral Yangwei Granules,Sini Foot Patch was applied to the soles of both feet and the soles of the feet.The control group was given oral Yangwei granules for 4 weeks as a course of treatment.Both groups were given basic interventions during treatment,including light diet and moderate exercise.After the course of treatment,observe the changes of TCM syndrome scores,clinical efficacy of TCM,serum pepsinogen PGⅠ,PGⅡlevels,and PGR ratio and other indicators before and after treatment in the two groups,and observe and record whether there are adverse reactions during the treatment.Apply statistical software to perform corresponding statistical analysis and processing of relevant data,and make a unified evaluation of the clinical efficacy of the method.Result:1.General data comparison: Before treatment,the two groups of patients were in gender,age,average course of disease,TCM syndrome score,serum pepsinogen PGⅠ,PGⅡ level,PGR ratio,the difference was not statistically significant after inspection(P>0.05),and it was comparable.2.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: After treatment,in terms of TCM syndrome scores,the observation results of the two groups showed a downward trend compared to before treatment(P<0.05).But after treatment,compared with the control group,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the total score.3.Comparison of serum pepsinogen level: After treatment,in terms of serum pepsinogen PGⅠ,PGⅡ levels,and PGR ratio,the two groups test results were improved to a certain extent before treatment(P<0.05).But after treatment,compared with the control group,the test results of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group.4.Comparison of clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine: After treatment,in terms of clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine,the effective rate of the treatment group: 91.30%;the effective rate of the control group: 73.91%.The results of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant after testing(P<0.05).Conclusion:The study has proved that the combination of Sini Foot Patch and Yangwei Granules can have a good therapeutic effect on the clinic having the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation,and it can improve serum pepsinogen PGⅠ,PGⅡ levels and PGR ratio.This shows that Sini Foot Patch combined with Yangwei granule has a definite curative effect,and its mechanism of action may be related to the regulation of serum pepsinogen PG Ⅰ,PG Ⅱ level and PGR ratio.
