Purpose: To vomit as the main research contents,research on the ancient books and modern works of acupuncture and moxibustion prescription.Analysis the optimization and compatibility of acupoints of acupuncture treatment of vomiting,that establishment the acupoint selection and compatibility of Spectra,which lay the Foundation for the basic theory of acupoint selection and combination solution and clinical research.Method: Based on acupuncture treatment of vomiting in ancient books and modern works of literature,the Prescription of acupuncture and moxibustion is going to be dug out based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The traditional inheritance support platforms is used to analysis the acupoint selection of frequency,Meridian,properties,distribution,and compatibility of statistical analysis,which Form the acupoint selection and compatibility selection rules.Result: Through the screen out and finishing,involving 1162 prescription of acupuncture and moxibustion literature on vomiting,211 acupoints,using acu points in frequency of 5,508,covering 14 meridians are collected,which foun d in the ancient books and modern works.Acupoint frequency analysis result s: based on Zhongwan,Zu sanli,Neiguan and Gongsun,Weishu is the highest;M eridians associated analysis results:the Renmai,Zu-Yangmingwei meridianand,Zu-Taiyangpangguang meridianand is the highest;Position related analysis r esults:the Department of thoracic and abdominal and lower limb acupoints is the highest;Particular point analysis:the five-Shu points is the highest;Correlation analysis of compatibility:the "Zhongwan,Zusanli ","Neiguan,Zus anli","Neiguan,Zhongwan" is the highest;Acupoint selection groups as "Taicho ng,Zhongwan,Zusanli,Neiguan","Zhongwan,Zusanli,Gongsun,Neiguan","Weishu,Ne iguan,Zusanli,Zhongwan".Conclusion: Based on the data mining technology,to mining all prescriptions of acupuncture treatment of vomiting,that completed the law of acupuncture treatment of vomiting of acupoint selection and optimization of acupoint compatibility profile.
