And there is no significant difference among the statistics (TCM symptoms, VHI-10, MPT, F0, Jitter, Shimmer,NHR and G) before the treatment (P<0.05).After the treatment, we have 5 clinical cure cases,15 improved cases and no inefficient case in the acupuncture-Chinese medicine group, there is 6 clinical cure case,12 improved cases and 2 inefficient case in acupuncture group, then there is 2 clinical cure case,13 improved cases and 5 inefficient case in Chinese medicine group. Through statistical analysis of curative effect difference between three groups have statistical significance (P< 0.05).Acupuncture-Chinese medicine group got a better clinical effect than Chinese medicine group (P<0.017), and no diffence between acupuncture group and Chinese medicine group, or acupuncture-Chinese medicine group (P>0.017)After the treatment, according to the improvement of 3 group about TCM symptoms, VHI-10, MPT, F0, Jitter, Shimmer, NHR and G, there were statistical significance in every groups through statistical analysis (P< 0.05) Acupuncture-Chinese medicine group was better than Chinese medicine group in TCM symptoms, VHI-10, NHR and G (P<0.05), and no diffence between acupuncture group and Chinese medicine group (P>0.05). For MPT, Acupuncture-Chinese medicine was even better than acupuncture group (P<0.05).We found no statistical significance among 3 groups in F0, Jitter, Shimmer (P>0.05)Conclusion3 groups all play positive roles in the treatment of hoarseness according to TCM symptoms, VHI-10, MPT, F0, Jitter, Shimmer, NHR and G for the 60 patient chosen. And acupuncture group got the same clinical effect as Chinese medicine group.
