Analysis Of Qiu Baoshan's Experience In Treating Chronic Hoarseness Based On Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

PurposeBased on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS),this study collects the medical records of professor Qiu Baoshan' s treatment of chronic hoarseness.Using new data mining technology,this paper analyzes and summarizes professor Qiu Baoshan's medication characteristics and clinical experience in the treatment of chronic hoarseness.It is helpful for discussing her academic thoughts,and promoting the inheritance and development of laryngology in southern China.MethodsUsing retrospective research methods,the medical records of Professor Qiu Baoshan in the otolaryngology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2017 to December 2018 were collected and sorted out.According to strict selection,the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine were entered into the collection section of TCMISS.With the statistical reports and data analysis of TCMISS,the basic information statistics,frequency analysis,composition rule and new formula analysis were carried out to summarize Professor Qiu Baoshan' s medication experience in treating chronic hoarseness.ResultsThe frequency statistics of 201 prescriptions were carried out,involving 90 kinds of herbs.The top ten herbs in frequency were liquorice,platycodon grandiflorum,poria cocos,fritillaria thunbergii and so on.Traditional Chinese medicine were classified as phlegm-resolving drugs,blood-activating drugs,qi-invigorating drugs,qi-regulating drugs and heat-clearing drugs.The four properties of herbs were primarily flat,cold and warm.The five tastes of herbs were mainly bitter,sweet and bitter,while most of the meridians were lung,spleen and heart,followed by stomach and liver.In the the analysis of the formula rule based on association rule analysis,110 drug combinations were obtained,involving 10 traditional Chinese medicine by set the number of support degree of 80,confidence degree of 0.9 and the drug combination with the most frequent was licorice-platycodon grandiflorum..In the the analysis of the formula rule based on the entropy cluster analysis,12 groups of herbal core combinations and 6 new herbal formulas were obtained through correlation degree 9 and penalty degree 2.Conclusion1.Professor Qiu baoshan pays attention to the combination of local and overall syndrome differentiation in the treatment of chronic hoarseness and attaches great importance to phlegm and blood stasis.It is concluded that professor Qiu baoshan removes phlegm and dispersing blood stasis by regulating qi and invigorating spleen.In addition,the treatment is characterized by adapting measures to local conditions and making good use of southern medicine.2.With the data mining method of TCMISS,it can realize the research of prescription rules and new prescription development ideas,which is conducive to the inheritance and development of famous medical experience.However,the reliability of the new formula combination obtained from the platform needs to be further verified by combining clinical experience and experimental research.
