Objective:With the development of the modern economic society,various emergencies frequently happened and often caused mass casualties and huge economic losses,not only causing serious harm to people's life safety and health by these events,also asking higher requirements on how to further rapid,orderly,scientific and effective to carry out on-site medical rescue.Pre-hospital care is the main force of site emergency medical rescue,how to comprehensively improve the level of rescue and emergency disposal ability become the hot issues of pre-hospital emergency management in recent years.As the strengthening of health emergency system construction development,and an important means to improve the ability of emergency of actual combat,exercise is bound to play a more and more important role.The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of emergency exercise to efficiency of pre-hospital emergency medical rescue main index,to evaluate emergency exercise in promoting the role of pre-hospital emergency capability.Methods:To select 84 cases of sudden mass emergency rescue information of Dalian Medical emergency center participated in the rescue during 2005-2007 before carrying out emergency exercise for the control group,and 98 cases of sudden mass emergency rescue information during 2009-2011 after carrying out emergency exercise participated in the rescue for exercise group.To summary and analysis on rescue indicators that embody the ability of emergency rescue,first-aid reactive time,emergency response time,the treatment time,rescue completion time,the wounded disposal rate and success rate of rescue.Results:The average of control group rescue indicators as follows: first-aid reactive time 14.6 ± 8.5 min,emergency response time 5.6 ± 4.95 min,the treatment time 28.2 ± 13.5 min,rescue completion time 99.9 ± 24.7 min,the wounded disposal rate(77.9± 24.7)%,success rate of rescue(89.1 ± 10.5)%.The average of exercise group rescue indicators as follows: first-aid reactive time 16.7 ± 9.5 min,emergency response time 3.3 ± 5.2 min,the treatment time 20.9 ± 9.3 min,rescue completion time 90.1 ±7.4 min,the wounded disposal rate(92.3 ±+ 7.4)%,success rate of rescue(94.1 ± 7.9)%.Compared the two groups of sudden mass emergency pre-hospital care,the difference of emergency response time,the treatment time,rescue completion time,the wounded disposal rate,success rate of rescue has statistical significance(P ?0.05),the difference of first-aid reactive time has no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Emergency exercise can shorten emergency response time,the treatment time and completion time of rescue,and improve the wounded disposal rate,success rate of rescue of sudden mass emergency pre-hospital care,it is an effective method to improve pre-hospital emergency capability.
