Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Prolapse Of Lumbar Coursed By Cold-dampness With The Combination Of Yaotongxi Decoction For Internal And External Application And Functional Exercises

AimAccording to the observation of Lumbago Decoction combined with functional exercisese in the treatment of prolapse of lumbartion coursed by cold-dampness in the integrated effect of the before and after treatment of Lumbago Decoction combined with functional exercisese to improve the prolapse of lumbartion of lumbago and backache mechanism and provide effective guidance and reliable basis for clinical treatment of prolapse of lumbartion coursed by cold-dampness.MethodsIn strict accordance with the case selection and exclusion criteria from May 2014 to December 2015,120 cases of prolapse of lumbartion patients was observed during internship period from Yichang Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Orthopaedics and traumatology.According to the different treatment,those patients were divided into the treatment group and the two control group.The treatment group received Yaotongxi Decoction for internal and external application combined with functional exercisesand emotional counseling therapy.And the control group one received Haitongpi Tang with functional exercisesand emotional counseling therapy.And the control group two received Lumbago Decoction combined with functional exercisesand emotional counseling therapy.A week is a course of treatment.After 4 weeks of treatment,observe the comprehensive efficacy.Resultsoverall efficacy showed that 19 cases were healed,20 cases were improved and 3 cases were ineffective in the treatment group,In this group,the total effective rate was 92.9%.13 cases were chealed,23 cases were improved and 4 cases were ineffectiveand in the control group one,In this group,the total effective rate was just 90%.11 cases were chealed,22 cases were improved and 5 cases were ineffectiveand in the control group two,In this group,the total effective rate was just 86.8%.The curative effect of the treatment group was obviously batter than that of the two control groups.The total effective rate of the three groups was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionsThe treatment of prolapse of lumbartion with Lumbago Decoction Internal and external treatment combined with functional exercises is significant.This kind of treatment uses the method fromTraditionan Chinese Medicine and it has the advantage of no trauma,easy and convenient to operate,price concessions,etc.It has certain clinical value and it can be used in clinical practice.
