| Periarthritis of shoulder is a kind of shoulder pain and functional limitation of activity characteristic of the disease.The disease seriously affect people's work and life quality, it is a kind of clinical common disease and frequently occurring disease. This disease could be self-healing, but it will need a long time, and can not be completely restored, early and aggressive treatment can relieve pain, shorten the course and speed up recovery. In serious condition, during the treatment, the patient should endure the great pain, the treatment cycle is long, it is easy to relapse after the treatment.At present, the clinical treatment purpose is in order to reduce pain and recovery of shoulder joint function,the mainly methods are the non-surgical ones.The frequent used ways conclude local closed, Chinese traditional medicine to be taken orally or applied topically, cupping, acupuncture, manipulation, non steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesic drugs.The author selects the Jingzhou Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine inpatient department of 80 cases of the Frozen shoulder from the August 2014 to 2015 December. They are divided into two groups, under brachial plexus anesthesia manual release, giving the shoulder the Chinese medicine external application. Comparing enter hospital, one week of treatment, after 2 weeks and3 month after leaving hospital,according to shoulder pain of subjective score(visual analogue scale, VAS) and constant- Murley shoulder joint scoring system standard score[1] and observe the Chinese medicine external application in the treatment of relaxing method.Objective:By random grouping, in the treatment of frozen shoulder, to observe the Chinese medicine external application in brachial plexus anesthesia method after release of therapeutic effect influence, find a simple and safe way to treat the frozen shoulder Method:The 80 cases of frozen shoulder are randomly divided into two groups which have 40 cases, treatment group is given the brachial plexus anesthesia, then give them the Chinese medicine external application after manipulate release, the control group only use of brachial plexus anesthesia underwent manipulation release and without treatment of external application. Observe the clinical comprehensive therapeutic effect, pain index and shoulder scoring system before and after the treatment.All the date of this study is analyzed with the software SPSS 17.0 in statistic.Result:1.The VAS score(?±S)Before the treatment, the treatment group VAS score was 6.48± 1.08, the control group was 5.82 ± 1.22, there was no significant difference, P>0.05; after one week's treatment, the treatment group VAS score was 2.96±0.66, control group for 4.00±1.01, there are significant difference, P<0.01, after 2 weeks, the treatment group VAS score was 1.53±0.68, control group for 1.93±0.89 there was no significant difference, P>0.05; After discharge, pays a return visit in 3 months, the treatment group VAS score was0.86 ± 0.69, the control group was 0.9 ± 0.71,there was no significant difference,P>0.05.2.The Constant-Murley score(?±S)Before the treatment, the treatment group Constant-Murley score was 39.90 ± 6.09,the control group was 39.13 ± 4.92, there was no significant difference, P> 0.05; after 1 week's treatment Constant- Murley score was 57.43±5.19, the control group was 48.45±4.76, there are significant difference, P<0.01; In the treatment of Constant-Murley score after 2 weeks of treatment was 72.18 ± 6.20,the control group was 64.02±7.16, there are significant difference, P<0.01; After discharge, pays a return visit in 3 months, the treatment group Constant- Murley score was 83.86±5.69, the control group was 83.10±5.34, there was no significant difference, P>0.05.3. The overall effectAfter 2 weeks' treatment, the treatment group effective rate was 97.36%, control group effective rate was 83.78%, with significant difference, P<0.05; After discharge, pays a return visit in 3 months, the treatment group effective rate was100%, the control effectiveness is 97.29%, there was no significant difference, P> 0.05.Conclusion: Manipulating release to treat the Frozen shoulder under brachial plexus anesthesia is a simple and effective treatment,the Chinese medicine external application can obviously relieve the early pain after manipulate release,doing Functional exercise actively can promote the frozen shoulder to recover,especially after the later treatment and in the daily life. |
