A Clinical Study Of Zhitong Powder Combined With Manual Relaxation Under Anesthesia In The Treatment Of Frozen Shoulder (freezing Period)

Purposes:To observe the application of traditional Chinese medicine Zhitong San TA stains manipulation under anesthesia for the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis(freeze)clinical efficacy,analysis of analgesic powder effect on patients before and after treatment.Material and method:The selection criteria of the patients with periarthritis of shoulder(frozen period)72 cases,were randomly divided into Chinese medicine Tazi group 36 cases(Application of analgesic powder),36 cases in the control group.2 groups of patients with anesthesia manipulation in the treatment of brachial plexus block,Chinese medicine Tazi group of patients after surgery for patients with shoulder pain medicine in our hospital to be scattered Tazi treatment.The 2 groups were combined with functional exercise after 2 days of operation,and the treatment time was 2 weeks.Before treatment,1 weeks after treatment,2 weeks after treatment,1 minutes after discharge,VAS score,shoulder activity score,shoulder function score and clinical efficacy were recorded and evaluated in each group.Results:Shoulder periarthritis with manipulation under brachial plexus anesthesia(freeze)curative effect,with the loosening therapy technique of analgesic efficacy for powder Tazi treatment was superior to the simple application of brachial plexus block anesthesia.After 1 weeks of treatment,2 weeks later,the shoulder pain relief and activity improvement at 1 months after discharge were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The score in the shoulder joint function and comprehensive efficacy,2 after treatment,the Chinese medicine Tazi group than the control group(P < 0.05);and after 1 months follow-up,collapse stains group is better than that of the control group,but no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusions:Under brachial plexus block anesthesia,manipulation of manipulation is an effective,safe and simple treatment for patients with periarthritis of shoulder(frozen period).Traditional Chinese medicine Zhitong San collapse therapy has obvious alleviation for early pain after manipulative release,and at the same time,it can promote absorption of inflammatory substances,eliminate edema and promote blood circulation,so that patients can perform functional exercises earlier and more fully,and promote shoulder joint function recovery.While patients in the control group after 2 weeks of treatment with exercise after 1 months,and the efficacy of Chinese medicine Tazi were similar to that of the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis in the rehabilitation process,functional exercise effective with outstanding effect.
