The Observation Of The Clinical Curative Effects About Combining Qinghuatongjiang Tablets With Triple Therapy To Treat The Shi-re-zhong-zu Syndrome Of Hp-associated Chronic Gastritis

Purpose:To observe the clinical curative effects on the test,that Qinhuatongjiang tablets were united to triple therapy to treat the shi-re-zhong-zu syndrome of Hp-associated chronic gastritis.Not only effective and reliable but also economic and practical plans will be explored by the two sides of Hp-eradication rate and clinical curative effects,which helps to get further generalized.Method:60 cases of patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,31 cases for the treatment group and the 29 cases for the contrast group.The standard triple therapy was for the contrast group(Panxi tora azole capsules 40 mg bid,Clarithromycin Sustained-release Tablets 0.5g bid,Amoxicillin capsules1.0g bid;the treatment was 10 days);Qinhuatongjiang tablets were united to triple therapy for the treatment group(Panxi tora azole capsules 40 mg bid,Clarithromycin Sustained-release Tablets 0.5g bid,Amoxicillin capsules 1.0g bid,Qinhuatongjiang tablets 4 tablets tid,10 days for the treatment and after that take Qinhuatongjiang tablets in the following 4 weeks).Observe the Hp-eradication rate and clinical curative effects before and after the treatment between the two groups,which are the key to evaluatingthe clinical curative effects on the plan.Result:1.The research showed that for the effective rate of clinical syndromes,the treatment group was 93.55% while the contrast group was 72.41%;and for the Hp-eradication rate,the treatment group was 87.10% while the contrast group was 62.69%.By comparison,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Which means the treatment group is better than the contrast group on the clinical curative effects and the eradication rate of Hp.2.Compared with the four main symptoms scores on the TCM before the treatment,the scores decreased both the treatment group and the contrast group after the treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),which means the treatment group and the contrast group are able to improve the clinical syndromes.3.By comparison with main symptoms scores difference between the two groups after the treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05)on bitter taste and halitosis,while the difference is statistically non-significant(P>0.05)on stomach pain and fullness.Which means the treatment group is better on improving the syndromes of bitter taste and halitosis,but equal to the contrast group on the syndromes of stomach pain and fullness.Conclusion:1.The treatment of combining Qinhuatongjiang tablets with triple therapy is able to improve the eradication rate of Hp,and is better than the contrast group on the clinical curative effects.2.Both the treatment group and the contrast group are able to improve the clinical syndromes,and the treatment of combining Qinhuatongjiang tablets with triple therapy is better improved onbitter taste and halitosis,but the curative effect is equal on on stomach pain and fullness.3.The treatment of combining Qinhuatongjiang tablets with triple therapy on the Hp-associated chronic gastritis is safe,simple,convenient,effective,adverse reaction and easily accepted,which is worth generalizing on clinical.
