| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Weifuchun combined withtriple therapy for Helicobacter pylori-related chronic superficialgastritis of spleen and stomach weak TCM syndrome type, analyze TCMsyndrome, the clinical comprehensive efficacy, Hp eradicate rate,etc., to explore curative effect and safety of combiningtraditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of the disease.Methods:This clinical study have selected60cases which were diagnosedas chronic superficial gastritis, tested as H.pylori positive andbelonged to spleen and stomach weak TCM syndrome type as researchsubjects. Grouped by random Numbers in SPSS16.0software, researchobject can be divided into two groups, the treatment group and thecontrol group,30cases in each group. Patients’ age, gender,disease course, general clinical data of each group was nostatistically significant difference (P＞0.05).The control group was given triple therapy, rabeprazole sodiumenteric-coated capsules10mg, clarithromycin sustained-releasecapsules0.5g, amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium tablets1.0g, Bid. The treatment group on the basis of the triple therapycombined with Weifuchun,3times a day,4pieces at a time.The treatment lasted two weeks. Other features similar to the drugshould not be used in the observation process. Withdrawal after1month review Hp eradication situation, etc., compared the Hperadicate rate, the total integral, comprehensive clinical effectand TCM symptoms before and after the treatment of the two groups，and finally made a statistical analysis.Results:1. After the treatment, the TCM symptoms were greatly improved inboth groups (P＜O.01).The efficacy of the treatment group wassignificantly better than the control group (P＜O.05).2. Compare the two groups’ clinical comprehensive efficacy, theclinical cure and remarkable efficiency of the treatmentgroup(83.33%) was higher than that of the control group(33.33%),thedifference was statistically significant (P＜O.01).3. Hp eradication rate of the two groups was no significantdifference (P=0.254), but the eradication rate of the treatmentgroup (93%) is relatively higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:As a new treatment method for the Hp related chronic superficialgastritis of spleen and stomach weak TCM syndrome type, Weifuchuncombined with triple therapy has significantly improved the TCMsyndromes and clinical efficacy. Its function of eradicating Hp wassimilar to the triple therapy. In conclusion, the drug combinationmethod is a better treatment method, but its side effects, drugresistance and long-term efficacy still need further observation. |
