The Clinical Observation About Hp-associated Chronic Gastritis In The Treatment Of Triple Therapy Anti-hp Combined With Dai Antidote Yajieshaba

Objective: The issue intend to evaluate the effect of reducing toxicity of Dai Antidote Yajieshaba on Livzon weisanlian triple therapy anti-Hp in the treatment of Hp-associated Chronic Gastritis through observing the symptoms before and after the treatment, the Hp infections and the incidences of adverse reactions.Methods: The subject adopts the use of clinical open reaserche, which includes 74 patients diagnosed correspond with the criteria of Dai medicine "jiebengduanhuan" on the Hp-associated Chronic Gastritis, who were randomly divided into treatment group(36 persons) and control group(38 persons). The patients of control group take the anti-helicobacter pylori(HP) which usually include: Livzon weisanlian(bismuth potassium citrate + clarithromycin + tinidazole tablets).While those in the treatment group take the capsules of Dai medicine "jiebengduanhuan" on the basis of Livzon weisanlian triple therapy. Both groups set 10 days as a period of treatment. After 10 days of treatment to observe and record:(1) the evaluation of symptoms of the patients of both groups before and after the treatment;(2) tongue changes of the patients in the two groups;(3) adverse reactions appearing during the treatment for both groups;(4) safety indicators of the patients of control group before and after the treatment. After four weeks,to review the result of Hp infection, and to observe the Hp eradication rate between the two groups are needed.Results: 1. After ten days of treatment, the total score of symptoms, epigastric fullness and stool induration under difficult symptom score of the treatment group,was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). 2. Ten days after, the differenc of tongue distribution of both group was statistically significant(P < 0.05). 3. "jiebengduanhuan" of the main symptoms of Stomach pain, Polyorexia, Epigastric upset, nausea and vomiting,after the treatment between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05). 4.The Hp eradication rate of treatment group was 75.0% compared with that of the control group of 65.8%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5. There is not the abnormality in the safety index after treatment in the treatment group. The difference the comparasion of the incidence of the adverse reactions during treatment(P<0.05) was statistically significant.Conclusion: 1.There are more male patients than female patients who suffers Hp-associated Chronic Gastritis "jiebengduanhuan".2. Comparing with patients who were treated only by triple therapy,the patients who were treated in combination with Yajieshaba recovered significantly from Stomach pain and Constipation, while while there isn’t evident improvement of other major symptoms as epigastric pain, Polyorexia, Epigastric upset,nausea and vomiting between the two groups.3. After Hp eradication therapy, in combination with "Yajieshaba" intervention faded to white and yellow fur suffering better than the simple use of triple therapy.Description "Yajieshaba" can effectively clear the disintegration of heat evil against Hp during treatment of the symptoms of heat.4. The Hp eradication rate of "Yajieshaba" joint whit triple therapy anti-Hp to conquer "jiebengduanhuan" is 75.0%.5. "Yajieshaba" triple therapy can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and the clinical application is safe and effective.
