The Clinical Efficacy Observation About Helicobacter Pylori Associated Gastritis Treated By Medication According To Syndrome Differentiation Unite "Standard Triple Therapy"

Objective:To compare the distinction between medication according to syndrome differentiation unite "standard triple therapy" and "standard triple therapy" about Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori) eradication rate; and H.pylori associated gastritis clinical symptoms improving level.Methods:80 patients with chronic gastritis who were diagnosed as H.pylori infection were divided into two groups by randomized controlled method. In control group,40 patients were treated with taking "standard triple therapy"(Omeprazole20mg^ Amoxicillin1.0g、Clarithromycin0.5g, bid) for 10 days;while the other 40 patients in the test group were treated with medication according to syndrome differentiation on the basis of "standard triple therapy" for 14 days.13C-UBT was taked 4 weeks after the end of treatment, statistic and analyze H.pylori eradication rate of the two groups,and observe symptoms improving level after treatment between the two groups,evaluate medication safety.Results:The law of syndrome type population distribution about H.pylori associated chronic gastritis was dampness-heat of spleen and stomach more than liver stomach disharmony, spleen and stomach weakness and asthenic stomach yin were the least. The H.pylori eradication rate of test group was 76.9%, while control group was 62.2%,the contrast in the comparison between the two groups was not statistically significant。But the test group could significantly improve clinical symptoms remission rate,such as distention and fullness、stomachache、belching、 anorexia, the contrast in the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant. One patient was fell off in each group, two patients had adverse event in control group, none had adverse event in test group, the comparison of adverse event incidence rate was not statistically significant.Conclusion:The medication according to syndrome differentiation unite "standard triple therapy" could raise H.pylori eradication rate for chronic gastritis patients, but the difference was not statistically significant.The medication according to syndrome differentiation unite "standard triple therapy" could improve H.pylori associated chronic gastritis clinical symptoms remission rate such as distention and fullness、 stomachache、belching and anorexia,the difference was statistically significant.
