| Objective: Urolithiasiswith hydronephrosis is one of the clinical common diseases.St ones staying in the urethra for a long time could lead to inflammation,ed ema,urinary tractobstruction,and hydronephrosis gradually.The diseasesever ely reduces patients' qudlity of life,endangers their health,and evenlives.Therefore,the study observed Rongshi Paishi granulescombinedwith Jueshui Xiaozhong granules in the treatment of hydronephrosto explorea therapeutic method with definite curative effect,high safety andno toxicsid e effect,which could provide theoreticalbasis for clinical popularization.Methods: All 60 patients were fromthe department of nephropathy Hubei Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital outpatient and inpatient.According to the random number table,30 cases were divided into the treatment group and other 30 cases in the control group.The patients of treatment groupweretreated with Rongshi Paishi granulesand Jueshui Xiaoz hong granules(two drugs were taken simultaneously,oral 10 grams of eac h drug,2 timesa day),whilethe patients of the control group were treated with Jingshiling capsule(Oral,5grain each time,3 times a day).One month was a courseand there was 3 courses in total.To observe the patients' blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liverfunction,kidney function,electrolyte,and renal ultrasound before and afterthe treatment.To record changes of the clinical symptoms,Positivesigns,urinary calculiand hydronephrosis.Then to collectinformationand analyse these data.Result:(1)There was no significance between the treatment group and control group of the comparisons of gender,age,course of disease,the diameteroft he calculi,the site of obstruction,the degree ofhydronephrosis,the size ofth e hydronephrosis,TCM syndrome type(dampheat type,qi stagnation andblo od stasis type)distribution,main symptomsand positive signs(lumbar pain,he maturia,urinary frequency, urgency,odynuria,abnormal urination,palpationor percussion aspects)(P>0.05),two groups were comparable.(2)After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was 80%,while the control group was 63.33%.The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the treatment group of TCM syndrome total effective rate was 83.33%,while thecontrol group was 66.67%.The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).(4)Before treatment,there was no significance between the treatment group and control group of the comparisons of TCM syndrome integral(P>0.05),the two groups were comparable.After treatment,the score of two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the change in the treatment group was more marked than that in the control group(P<0.05).(5)After treatment,two groups of symptoms have improved,while the treatment group compared with the control group in the aspectsoflumbar pain,frequent urination,urgency,urination abnormal were significant differences(P<0.05).(6)After treatment,two groups of the calculi diameter andhydrone- p hrosissizewere significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the change in the treatment group was more marked than that in the control group(P<0.05).(7)Before treatment,there was no significance between the treatment group and control group of the comparisons of urinary RBC count and urine WBC count(P>0.05),the two groups were comparable.Aftetreatment,two groups of urine RBC count and urine WBC count were very significantly decreased(P<0.01),while therewas no significant difference in the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).(8)Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups of BUN and Scr(P>0.05).After treatment,the BUN and Scr in both groups were not significantly changed.When compared with before treatment,there were no significant differencebetween BUN and Scr in the two groups(P>0.05).Also there were no significant difference between BUN and Scr in the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).(9)In the course of the study, there were no cases of eliminating and shedding.After treatment,the blood routine,stool routine,liver function,electrolyte in both groups were not significantly changed(P>0.05).Conclusion: Rongshi Paishi granules combinedwith Jueshui Xiaozhong granulesh ad a good effect on urolithiasiswith hydronephrosis.Itcouldlitholysis, remove urinary calculus,reduce the amount of water,improve the clinical main symptoms,and positive signs.It also had highsecurity features and no toxicside effect.This was a new treatment methodfor the treatment of urolithiasiswith hydronephrosis,so it was worthyofclinical application. |
