The Clinical Research Of Chronic Period Of Resolving Phlegm And Blood Stasis Decoction In The Treatment Of Gout Arthritis(Blockage Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Type)

Purpose: through the clinical research of chronic period of resolving phlegm and Blood Stasis Decoction in the treatment of gout arthritis(blockage of phlegm and blood stasis type),to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety,for the clinical treatment of gouty arthritis to provide more effective Chinese herbal medicine.Method: the accuracy of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine diagnosis of chronic period of gouty arthritis(blockage of phlegm and blood stasis type),strictly screened with Western gouty arthritis chronic period and TCM differentiation is blockage of phlegm and blood stasis type diagnostic criteria of the case shall not be included in the experiment.Will meet the inclusion criteria of 60 cases of acute gouty arthritis were randomly divided into 2 groups: treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given resolving phlegm and Blood Stasis Decoction,control group was treated with allopurinol orally,treatment for 1 months.The changes of serum uric acid level,symptom score,safety and other indexes were observed before and after treatment.The statistic analysis concluded.The scientific evaluation of resolving phlegm and Blood Stasis Decoction in the treatment of chronic gouty arthritis(blockage of phlegm and blood stasis type)clinical efficacy and safety.Results: the total efficiency of treatment group was 93.33%,control group total effective rate was 83.33%.The overall efficacy of the treatment group than the control group(p<0.05);two groups of patients before treatment,the blood uric acid level of symptom score(P>0.05),no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment were compared the level of serum uric acid and symptom score were decreased after treatment,comparison between groups,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05),indicating the improvement of treatment group on serum uric acid level,symptom scores than the control group;the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment of single symptom score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment in the single symptom score were decreased,with statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),the treatment group of single symptoms improved more significantly.The treatment group and the control group after treatment compared with the safety,there was significant difference(P < 0.05),The treatment group was superior to the control group in the aspect of safety.Conclusion: resolving phlegm and Blood Stasis Decoction on the treatment of acute gouty arthritis has better clinical curative effect,compared with those receiving allopurinol in the improvement of symptoms has advantages and clinical application of no obvious adverse reactions and side effects.Also fully embodies the advantages of TCM syndrome differentiation,this prescription is worthy of widely used in clinical application.
